Aasgaard needs to go, the boy just doesn't have it to make it at Rangers. Need someone more imposing in that position.
25 Jan 2026 17:02:52
Disagree - I think his touch is sublime, he can take the ball in tight areas and retain possession, and he can score a goal.
25 Jan 2026 17:04:00
No he doesn't.
25 Jan 2026 17:12:22
Marco i agree entirely.
25 Jan 2026 17:12:56
Thought Aasgaard looked much sharper today.
25 Jan 2026 17:16:26
Even if you want another attacking midfielder brought in would you not rather move someone else on as opposed to Aasgaard 'needing to go'. Would be silly to get rid of our highest scoring midfielder.

Marco a general don't like posting about players as my football skills growing up was using my jacket for a goal post lol but Assgard isn't that good he's popped up with a few goals but his overall play is lazy from tracking bk 2 pushing forward he's a big lad and I feel he gets pushed off the ball easily.
25 Jan 2026 17:17:16
Aasgaard is a baller n will only get better. Let's give new players time before we jump the gun.
25 Jan 2026 17:26:54
He was our best attacking player a mile first half.
25 Jan 2026 17:31:53
Utter bs we win 3-0 and folk still greeting like wee weans Jesus wept. He has 5/6 goals in last 7/8 games a one assist. Do you watch games with a blindfold locher?
25 Jan 2026 17:35:47
I thought his last few games he's played well.
25 Jan 2026 17:35:57
A player in Aasgaard definitely but has to get used to how much time on ball if he's going to make it with us.
25 Jan 2026 17:36:50
Aasgaard has the potential to be excellent, great fist touch, quick, can score goals. Great physique, just needs a bit of time to settle in.
25 Jan 2026 17:41:15
he had a decent game. he was probably one of the ones who showed decent touches and passing on the day. I often wonder what fans are expecting our players to do these days. I suspect by someone more imposing we mean a Gogic ?.
25 Jan 2026 17:43:13
Marco, 100% correct.
25 Jan 2026 17:48:04
Locker - enough with the negativity. 3 points, second in the league which is now in our hands and compare it to where we were with Martin charge. Incidentally, I don't agree with your assessment of Aasgaard.
25 Jan 2026 17:48:05
He's taken time to settle but he's a player alright. I reckon he will prove his worth many times over.
25 Jan 2026 17:49:40
I like Aasgaard he's a player we need to develop players not just get rid after half season.
25 Jan 2026 18:45:14
c'mon Storm just scroll past the negative posts ?. sorry mate couldn't help it. you are 100% right. That is how I feel every game. ?.
25 Jan 2026 18:46:56
Aasgaard has certainly been improving ✌️✌️.
25 Jan 2026 19:32:13
My God, No Locher. Just No!
You could have said that 3 months ago, but he's been No bad at all last 5 or 6 weeks.
25 Jan 2026 19:49:45
Asagaard is improving, seems to be more involved now and taking more risks, he's 1 goal and assist off how many he got for Luton in 1/3 of the games. I think he'll be different player next season as he'll bulk up and get a grip with the physicality of Scottish football, Rohl will hopefully improve his passing which is his main weakness imo.
People forget that Raskin and Barron weren't fantastic at the start, some players need time. Plus Russell Martin didn't exactly help them at the start.
