Good management, there were bits that weren't great but he'll know that, today is about celebrating the things they done well. A bit of work needing done on keeping then all and not getting caught in possession though. Gassama looks a tidy wee steal.

Soutter was poor on the ball, like all the back 4. But he is a key reason we are through, defended well in both games winning everything in the box.
Given the front 3 who started both games I think we have done well to get through.
I still don't like the tactics for Euro games, need to be more solid in these games. Defense is getting pelters from some but they were exposed with about 50 yards between them and the midfield. Like this approach in SPL but RM needs to come up with better plan for the next round. Still got to credit him getting through with the lack of forward options available.

With the ball he wasn't good mph but his defending was really good he was amongst everything.
Wasn't looking for these 2 ties to be pretty, just get through it no matter what, that's all that mattered to me.
New manager.
New players.
New system.
We are only 2 games in, we will get better. Let's not kid ourselves that was an excellent result tonight, with very little preparation time.

Things they done well? That was like watching a comedy of errors. We were stinking the night. A hate putting the team down but come on. Butland kept us alive the night. N gassama for the goal bit on that second leg there was nothing positive or well about it.

Just throwing a grenade in here bb4 but 8 of the starting lineup were last seasons squad and a few of them couldn't get near the team. You could say that alone makes it an even better result but some of them will not get better they just need replaced for us to get better as a team. Some have had more than enough chances and others like tav are finished.

Regarding souttar MPH, i thought a good few times loose in possession and gave the ball away needlessly at times but also defended well in our box and had a few crucial last gasp blocks over the two games tbh ?He wasn't the only one who was loose in possession ?.

Up there with most lost possession last night souttar. Distribution very poor. But we seem to pass it into centre mid when the pass is not even on so doesn't help. Hate how narrow full backs are aswel. Leaves so much space. Credit to the gaffer for going 5 at back to see game out.
