How much more can we take watching play like this, we are surely a lot better than what's on show!
What's the answer, for me a clear out is required, if the money is available to do it!
There are players out there, even in Scotland, that would give their all for us.
I just hope P. C has a plan to get us back on track by next season, this ones all but gone!

Question is, we all know a clear out is needed, but there isn't exactly a list of clubs queying up to take the majority of players we want rid of off our hands which makes me fear we'll see the same bottlers in the team next season.

Hi,
We have a great stadium and our fanbase is huge but the team is not up to the standard we would like it to be since the good old days.
We need money that we don't have to turn this around any time soon, we all want Rangers to be challenging for leagues/ cups.
We need a few Rangers supporting players, who would give 100% on the park/ dressing room!
We all know who needs to be moved on but who will come in, depends on wining this league.
Rangers needed to win this league to get the riches of the champions league, not just to help keep up with Celtic financially, but also have a better war chest for P. C.
We can still win the league, but not on the evidence of what's on show, will P. C stay if we fail?
It hurts to see my club lose to anyone, but at least go down fighting for the cause!

A good, sensible post holeinone. It was so disappointing to see a team show such little fight at the weekend when going for a title. Especially with what is at stake next for next season. At least now they know what they have to do. 8 games, 8 wins. There is no point in harking after days gone by. But with the right attitude, this group has shown they can be successful. Keep it simple, keep the energy high. Keep believing.

We have clawed our way back into contention. Lose and home to motherwell then lose to ross county. We have the highest wage bill in scotland county fighting relegation. Since killie away almost like the side have hit a brick wall. Really toiling.

He will stay. we had no right to be fighting for a title when he took over and certainly wasnt expected. He needs the time gerrard got to sort us out imo. he's dealing with previous managers errors currently.

They are really toiling Paul, I tried to point out that a team fighting relegation will fight hard, look at crystal Palace v Liverpool. Should they fight harder than the team trying to win the league, No they shouldn't, who can explain it.

I'd doubt PC would have taken the job on condition he only gets funds if we win the league but I worry how we can fund the overhaul we desperately need.

What players do we keep (if any) and what's the next step, I know its not over yet, but on todays showing, is anyone confident we can turn it around.
Ross county deserved the win, it will take a long time to put this result behind us.

Holein1 for me we don't have the heart needed or the quality in the final 3rd our defence is weak so I'd be looking to build from the back for next year with a reliable striker also some1 who can dictate play as I think lunny will prob go and that's the reason his performance has dropped recently.

4 points out of the last 12 is wholly unacceptable. Clement has to shoulder a lot of responsibility, his starting 11s have been way off the mark. 3 games un a row barisic has had to be subbed.
As for players to keep, there's at least 16 that have to go:
McLaughlin, tav, goldson, souttar, davies, barisic, Jack, dowell, lundstram, raskin, lawrence, wright, mccausland, silva, dessers and roofe.
And I've likely missed a few.
Can't change a clubs mentality when keeping so many serial losers around.

For me we missed an other chance against Celtic, just like the motherwell game, we may be still in with a chance, but no more slip-ups!
Disappointing to see Silva acting like that, and a draw was just about fair.
Thought Beaton had a good game and called most decisions right, but they still complain as usual.

To be brutally honest imo Silva cannot be in our plans to buy ( poss at worst another loan ) although you can see he has a football brain and def has skills - but
1.Too expensive
2. Wages will be very high
3. Luxury player for us - and is not always in games
4. Dives too much and if we bought him this could haunt us for years regarding his temperament- refs would be on his case constantly
5. If choice between Sima and him - there is only one pick
Also money need spent all over park so with him I feel we would have too many eggs in one basket - as more importantly we need some cash spent on defence after grim viewing yesterday.

Shame Cortes wasnt able to play. Sima getting back to fitness is good and i actually think Dowell could be a good piece for us. Big, strong and can make a pass and will have a dig.
