Heard from a electrician mate who works in Aberdeen who knows one of the training staff and he says that Derek mcinnes doesn't bother about beating celtic (in other words they lie down to them) but would rather beat Rangers any day - only a rumour we all know as Rangers fans but now proved right - and more so tomorrow against Celtic will show it.

I think they are more up for it against Rangers than they are Celtic but that is because of the rivalry they have with us. They still try and beat them though.
It’s the same with a few teams like Motherwell I always think they are right up for it at home to Celtic and still try against us at home but I always feel they have that wee bit extra when at home V Celtic like Aberdeen do with us.
Before you all start pointing out times when Motherwell got results against us and the play off games etc my point is not that they don’t try and get a result against us just that I feel they are up for it a bit more against them like Aberdeen are against us.

Totally agree mate and i was very vocal about it at the time. Delboy mcinnes was never good enough to be the glasgow rangers manager. He's a choker in big games and a perennial bottler! Never wanted him, as he was never good enough! He even bottled it to take the rangers manager's job and as he portrayed to be a rangers diehard, that says it all!

The biggest difference today at Aberdeen will be the influence of McCrorie and Ferguson both of whom will never lie down to Celtic. If Aberdeen score first today and keep at them, I believe they will win. The main thing for me though is for us to win, if we keep it going, it doesn't matter what any other team does.
