I can't ever see this happening and hope to god it never happens, but however i'll share with one and all what i was told last night from a usually reliable source who was in the company of a prominent former Rangers player on saturday there so brace yourselves, here goes ?He told me our former player was told that Celtic manager wilfried nancy has made enquiries about signing our former striker alfredo morelos ?and has allegedly verbally offered around £3million which has been booted out by his parent club santos,
who want at least £5million for alfie ?Nancy allegedly has always liked and rated alfredo and wants to sign him ?I still can't see this happening for the life of me but if it did i would be absolutely pig sick to the bottom of my stomach, possibly watching buff playing for them, with that hooped rag of a jersey over his head ???My eyes couldn't take watching that ??.

If these leagues are so much better than ours why are so many of their players desperate to leave to come to even lesser European leagues? And why is it he's doing well after failing at a number of other clubs after leaving us and ended up loaned back down the leagues to where he came from.

Not saying I'd take him back as he'd be sent off every 3 games with VAR but some people need their heads checked, couldn't do it in Scotland? He's got similar stats to Skankland in Scotland and overall career: 165 games, 76 goal and 34 assists vs 156 games, 63 goals and 23 assists (doesn't include the split), that's just in the league. He might not of had a great Old Firm record but there was far more to his game than goals.
So Morelos wasn't good enough nor was Dessers with 52 goals and 17 assists in 116 games, what is a good striker for us? We can't afford Haaland or Kane.

Alfie Morelos' form has been good since leaving Rangers once he moved back on loan to the Colombian league - 4 cups and a fair pile of goals and assists, would out score any CF in our league right now.
He is Catholic and would fit in at Celtic nicely, apparently a few clubs are looking at him just now, he is only 29 and is still in the top 5 Europa league goal scorers of all time.

Opta do have a system for league strength but it is a bit convoluted. Colombia at 22 on that and we are 39th. US league at number 8 tells you how convoluted it would be.
