As I sat at in Parkhead at the end of the game and watched our players go up the tunnel, was sitting thinking those players deserved fans there to witness that performance, to go celebrate with at the end of the match, it really annoys me that they didn't.
I totally understand why, but it's just not the same. It's our showpiece game, that stadium was like a morgue from minute our goal went in, it saddens me, we need to find a solution.

Both sets of away fans follow their teams all over Scotland without any bother, unfortunately a section of them just can't behave in the old form cauldron.

There's absolutely no doubt that Ibrox with all our supporters only in there last week, were far noisier than breeze block boulevard was today with only their supporters in and that's before any goal was scored in either of the two stadiums. 👌
I've always without being biased thought these 2 things were always the case anyway ie.
1. We're a much noiser, louder set of supporters than them and
2. Ibrox is a far better more atmospheric stadium than breeze block boulevard absolutely no doubt for me 👍🇬🇧.

Why not just erect a big net in front of the stand that houses the away fans so they can't get out. Surely wouldn't be that hard to do.

I think it may take for these games to be played behind closed doors before any sort of solution can be reached. Although, I'm not sure that will even be enough.
These individuals have such a selfish mentality that they can't see it's harming the club when they get fines etc. They only care about their own hate.

So just because the police are there, you think everyone behaves. They don't, as the police tend to make arrests for various things. Been going for 50 years and not misbehaved once, it's not hard to do when your not a neanderthal.

Swso, i'm not going to be biased mate, but the noise in parkhead today for first 10 mins was was really loud, but felt they weren't giving it there all, as there was still a nervousness around the stadium, like they were singing to try and get a reaction out the players, but the fans didn't actually believe they could get a result.
Not explained myself very well there, it was just weird. Sons of struth i did, currently in ward 7, Glasgow Royal infirmary, can only eat liquids through a straw 😂.

It's a Rangers Celtic game and there will always be Ned's Fork, just saying if policed correctly we could have a large amount of away supporters, will they all behave No, even with just home supporters everyone does not behave but policed correctly their would be no major incidents in or around ground.

Honestly Boy blue watching the game yesterday i honestly didn't hear their supporters anywhere near as noisy as ours at the start of both games last week and yesterday mate 🤔 I even said to my mates when they sang you'll never walk alone at the start of the game yesterday, they for me were not as loud as they usually are 🤔 However my friend you were actually there so i'll take your word for it pal and glad you're safe after being in amongst them 🙏🇬🇧.

and there is the thing, why does it take a police there to have you behave. people go looking for an excuse to have a fight.
at the end of the day heavier policing costs more money, money that us ordinary well behaved fans need to pay for.

Football isn't solely to blame.
It's a society issue.
Plenty times out drinking in my teens with mates and it kicked off in clubs and pubs for no reason.
And even now as a 50+ guy out with friends, how many times have you turned to a mate and said it's going to kick off over there in a minute.
Throw in drink ( and the coked up generation ) then everyone thinks they are an MMA fighter!

Don't really get the argument you are having here, away support in any numbers will work if policed right and has for decades FACT, not had a ticket away at parkhead since the 90s so it's not effecting me personally but would like to see our fans there to support our team.

Mph is correct it is a societal issue that permeates into people unable to behave during and after the football as factually evidenced above.
That's a snapshot of the trouble that never happened when the games are policed.
