It doesn't change the fact that, from the remaining 27 points on offer, we must drop 7 fewer points than Hearts and 2 fewer points than Celtic to win the league.
It makes a mockery of those claiming draws against Hibs and Motherwell were excellent away points.
It's not over until the fat lady sings, but it's looking very grim.

Dado, if it's not us, I really hope it is Hearts. Not sure why I feel this way, but for some reason, if it was them, it would be a lot harder to take, with how poor they have been. I've been saying on here for months that writing that lot off is just bonkers, as the experience of winning titles in a run-in like this goes a long way, and sadly that lot know exactly how to get it done.
Are they coming good at the right moment? Are we struggling in the same moment? I hope not. Sunday, although not a league game, could give one of the 2 a huge lift. I'm trying to keep the faith, but it's getting harder as the weeks go past.

Dropping any points is never a great result, MPH, but I was only highlighting the context of Motherwell having the best defensive record in the whole of Europe, despite being regarded by many as the best playing team in the league.

It doesn't make a mockery of it all, MPH. Only when all the points are tallied up will we know if they're good points or bad points lost. I think Motherwell have got Hearts and Celtic twice, so if they beat them both twice, or even draw twice, who knows.
You can't just expect us to win every single game and claim any lost points have cost us the league. If that's the case, then one of the games against Hearts, if we'd won and not lost, then we'd be top, so that's clearly the game that cost us.

The problem is winning the games. Can it be done? Of course it can. It will take some effort, though. Support 100% at Ibrox, and see where it takes us.

Mph, we only play Motherwell once. They've taken four points from nine against us, took four points from Hearts in two games, and took three points from Celtic in two games. We should have Motherwell at Ibrox, so yes, I'd be expecting Motherwell to take more points from both Hearts and Celtic. Hopefully we beat them in our last game against them.

Forza. If we don't win the league it's because we weren't good enough, mate. What has Celtic getting decisions got to do with us drawing at Hibs, not being able to beat 10-man Motherwell, drawing with Falkirk, and not being able to hold on to a 2-0 lead versus that lot?

But I genuinely think we need 9 wins to win the league.
That means we would finish above Celtic.
But we would still require others to take another 4 points from Hearts to win the title.
Now, the big question is: does anyone see us winning those 9?
Especially after the recent run of draws.
