Ah the old I was having a laugh as soon as someone calls you out. I really need to pre-empt those attempts at a**e covering before they happen. I would possibly believe this except for the concerted campaign over the last few days. not the first player he has tried to compare to a legend of the game. Cambiger if any vote which compares Pirlo and Rothwell would be anywhere near close then I think that says more about the knowledge of the average Rangers fan on the game. I would go as far as to say if you asked Joe Rothwell if he was in same ballpark (different game I know) then even he would bow to the greater ability of Pirlo.

BTW I think we won because every player played their part and did what was expected. Butland did what I expect a keeper to do and stop shots, especially those straight at him.

No angus he wasn't joking with all the other names he compared, he was deadly serious mate. I 100% know he was joking re pirlo though, pirlo was one of best midfielders ever and coops know this fine well that's why he used his name, he honestly does things like this all the time and people bite, it's no big deal angus, but I promise he was looking for a bite mate.

Of course I'm a real person; perhaps he wasn't saying he was better than Pirlo but was comparing him to him. Broadhead was called that ironically. I've learnt my lesson here though.
