Last day of peace at the training centre - just fabreezing the red carpet ahead of tomorrow.

Given that a big part of what we're looking to do is player development, what players do you think will kick on another level this season?

Agree3 Disagree0

22 Jun 2025 10:33:35
Got to see Rice and Nsiala kick on, if we do play a 3-5-2 at times then this suits both in my opinion. I still think there's a player in Niso but time will tell.

Who stands out for you?

22 Jun 2025 10:37:03
I think Nsiala will kick on this year and i think Cortes might surprise a few people.

22 Jun 2025 10:37:55
I'd like to see Bailey Rice get more game time
We keep going on about buying young Scottish talent like Lennon Miller but I think we have a gem on our hands already.

22 Jun 2025 10:39:21
I look forward to seeing Jefte, Cortes, Curtis and Nsiala development.

22 Jun 2025 10:45:07
Are you staying on here EHL? it's just at the end of the season I thought you said you would have to leave with starting your new role?

22 Jun 2025 10:46:12
Igamane would be the obvious one, the boy has talent for sure but certainly still raw, hopefully he can show a bit more consistency next season.
Would Love for Connor Barron and Lyall Cameron to do well for us and play a big part, Always nice for home grown talent to do well.

Who do u think will do well EHL? Also is there any youngsters u think could possible come through the ranks and play a part in the squad?

22 Jun 2025 10:50:27
Igamane, Raskin. From what i'm hearing on RMs interviews he's going to run the arse off the players. We are going to do well this season, just got a feeling, Good luck EHL.

22 Jun 2025 10:59:36
Dado, I'm a massive fan of Nsio, who I thought was really unlucky not to get game time towards the end of the season.

Would love to see him hit the ground running in preseason and get some minutes in friendlies.

Outside of that, huge seasons coming up for Nsiala, Jefte and Cortes. Really is make or break seasons for all three and I have a feeling all three will really suit RMs approach.

22 Jun 2025 11:02:38
Igamane for me.

22 Jun 2025 11:09:17
Hopefully rice is more involved this season, the games last season he played with no fear looked relatively relaxed and didn't look out of place.

22 Jun 2025 11:21:04
Willie, yeah - will still post, but will only really be on the general chat threads.

There are a lot of posts on the Rumours pages for example that I can't post on.

22 Jun 2025 11:21:57
EHL was about to say the same massive seasons for those mentioned and I really hope they all can raise their game
Infact we need them too if we want to sustain a challenge this season the squad who ever it will be come the first game of the season have to give it their all every game
Celtic will and Celtic I reckon wil have a stronger squad this season Rodger's want a sustained European run and in order to do so will need a stronger side than least season.

22 Jun 2025 11:32:18
High hopes that Igamane can step up another level and really hope Cortes can hit the ground running, in terms of the youngsters I'd like to see Rice and Nsio grab their opportunities.

22 Jun 2025 11:33:49
If we start off well, all of the names above will get their chance to make a claim for a spot, HOWEVER, IF we start poorly, we are straight away chasing points and the pressure is on. Will RM risk these guys to get him results?

22 Jun 2025 11:36:35
Nsiala and Cortes will have big big seasons.

Nsio hopefully, and if Raskin signs extension he will go up a level under Martin.

22 Jun 2025 12:04:59
I believe Nsio, Barjami and Igmane will all hopefully flourish.

22 Jun 2025 12:17:24
Could pick any of the young players, but any of the players could have a better contribution, i would imagine a more positive atmosphere around the club as a whole will rub off on anyone at the club, staff and players alike, there's been a proverbial dark cloud hanging over the place for a few years now, barring the odd glimmer. I think in particular barron, jefte and igamane should push on, its easy to forget how young they are, along with getting to play their part in a decent europa league run. If we get it right at the back i think we will see a huge difference in the team.

22 Jun 2025 12:47:41
Many younger players could kick on next season, Igamane, Diomande, Raskin, Jefte, Nsiala, Rice, Curtis, Nsio, also hope Kasanwirjo is one of them.

22 Jun 2025 13:09:31
It's a question like that makes you realise just how many promising young talents we can be excited about for the upcoming season. I expect the following to all take it up another level:

Jefte
Nsiala
Rice
Barron
Cameron
Cortes
Igamane.

22 Jun 2025 13:37:45
I'm missed Barron, Cortes and Cameron out, 11 younger players hopefully 12 with Kasanwirjo.

22 Jun 2025 14:38:41
I'd love to see Rice go on loan to as high a level as possible next year. Get a high number of games under his belt and then hopefully really kick on at the famous. Game time is key for him this year.

22 Jun 2025 21:25:12
Nsiala for me will become 1st choice centre back this season. He has everything needed to make it to the top.

I'm unsure if rice will fulfill his potential as what he needs is a full season of games and u sure if he'll get that here. Perhaps 6 months with 1st team squad and last 6 of season out on loan could really benefit him.

I fear Cortes is the new matondo tbh sorry, hope I'm
Wrong.
