Stevie, even if Nsiala and Souttar don't leave, neither of them will get close to playing for us in any case. So best both move on. Neither have been anywhere near a match day squad in 10 competitive games or even throughout pre-season. They aren't suddenly about to start getting selected.
After the international break, we only have 1 game a week most weeks, with not being in Europe. 3 CB's and Sterling and McCrorie as back ups if ever required is more than enough. And if we do pick up any serious injuries in that area we are less than 4 months away from another transfer window.

It's been a bit of an annoyance to me that nobody has just come out and said what's what regarding the situation on here.

The physio story was a while ago. He's played numerous times since. I'd be amazed if it's that. Personally, I think he's had a bust up with the club over the Tav last game situation and the clubs did what they did to Kenny Miller / Lee Wallace, and he's been told his future is elsewhere.
Again, only my opinion, but there must be a reason McInnes isn't selecting him. Loads of players were told their futures lied elsewhere and still got minutes, so imo something has definitely happened off the park.

He played in the Falkirk game after the Tav controversy, so why is he being frozen out now? This is why the club should tell the fans something. All sorts of rumours will float around until they do. I am amazed that no journo has asked this question at the press conferences.
When Derek gives the answer that it's been made clear to him his future lies away from the club, surely that is the time to ask why is that. Why has the guy who was our captain in a lot of games last season, and given a new contract, suddenly not wanted at the club? What has changed?

Stevie G, Allegedly (John, your honour) the physios were booking the rooms under treatment to allow the boys to play away without it going through their accounts. They weren't involved in the act, just the facilitation of it. One seems to have been punished by the club for said crime & shipped out.
This isn't ITK stuff, just from what I've gleamed, because everyone saying the physio situation was driving me to distraction. It's a misuse of club funds at the end of the day, and if it was to facilitate Sout's extra curriculars, then he should be removed from the club.
No great loss really, and we move on.

I think it's been a case of new broom. There looks to be an attempt at a culture change within the club, and senior players have seen the door. A toxic dressing room could be the problem for managers, and it becomes a learned behaviour.

For what it's worth, in my opinion something happened during the jolly that the players had before the post-split games. Before it, we were ready to nick the league, afterwards, a lowland league team looked like it would have gave us a good game! Something happened there which led to Tav leaving as he did and also the so called Leadership Group being moved on ASAP.
Just an opinion of mine, not claiming to have any knowledge of anything that happened.
