Reckon if there was to be some sort of swap deal it'd be a straight swap with no cash involved, really can't see us getting anything more than 15mil for Raskin and I'd be more than happy with that to be honest.

I think Raskin is worth more in this deal than Ferguson just because it's likely that Bologna will sell him on at a profit, whereas Ferguson will likely stay here if he signs, which is what we would want from him. If he does go for the same fee as Ferguson comes, I would want a sell on percentage as well.

I would take a straight swap with Raskin and Ferguson. Raskin was rotten last season playing wide and attitude, it seems. Sooner he's gone to apparently higher heights, the better.

A swap is fine but & this may not be a popular comment. Raskin is younger, more potential & a regular Belgium international. Ferguson is older, very little sell on value, & I suspect only playing because Gilmour got injured.
Admittedly, though, he's been a standout these first 2 games. So a swap, yes, but I would be looking for a little cash our way or a big sell on %.

Straight swaps very rarely happen due to add ons clauses etc. Both will probably be negotiated separately. Not saying some sort of exchange won't happen and would be happy with it tbh.

Difficult to contribute to these threads without repeating what's already been said.
Ferguson to Rangers is a genuine possibility and all 3 parties are open to the deal - however it's a domino deal, i.e. it requires other deals to progress to enable the move.
As for Raskin, there won't be a bidding war & he has a preferred destination, but talks are at a very early stage.
Just for clarity, I know the players very well, having worked with them both, so also know a lot of their close friends - so all this information is pretty much out in the open.

That's a great Scottish spine in the squad. Still one short for club trained but 5 maybe 6 association trained is good going.

Not going to sit on the fence. I believe talks are happening, and the club are trying hard to sign him, but still in negotiations.
