Think it's more paper talk than anything else, probably because he's a free agent and we've been linked with him a few times in the past. A few English Premiership teams and Feyenoord have been linked with him the last few days.

Jesse Lingard is still a very good attacking midfielder with a decent goal scoring ratio, but personally i wonder how he would perform in the rough and tumble of Scottish football. ?

There is no rumour?! Literally, it was one z list blog somewhere that managed to make an extremely tenuous link to Lingard due to him, at some point, playing with a team within the Red Bull group or something like that, and the fact that dr kind of has links to the Red Bull group.
That was it. It was the most click baity of click bait stories (and no, I didn't click it, the 'headline' itself was enough to know it was total nonsense). Why on earth would we be interested in him?

No thanks, we're building a squad based on certain defined criteria, which Lingard doesn't fit.
Probably lazy journalists linking us with him because of Oxfam Chambermaid being linked with them.

I would avoid, as I think we have plenty of attacking options now, but he's nothing like Oxlade-Chamberlain in terms of injury record. That's just made up.

People saying Lingard is crippled played every game last season and scored a fair amount of goals. He's actually fit, unlike Chamberlain.
