'EFL' have had a rule change. 'EFL' deal sheets effectively give clubs an extra 2 hrs to submit the paper work for a transfer wether full or loan. It effectively extends the window for 'EFL' clubs to 9pm. The Sheffield Star doesn't mention anything about Rothwell failing his medical. They expect the deal still to go through.
