It's 100% Martin as next manager. There are no further interviews with anyone the decision has been offered and accepted. Think most have accepted this but I've spotted a small handful out there who still believe it's not done. It is.
Also some saying announcement is being delayed as he finalises his coaching team. Also not true. There are some legal issues with Martin's termination terms in previous job at Southampton to deal with but just a formality.
Wasn't my first choice but hopefully the fans get behind him. For me the appointment of Thelwell is a more important one at the moment as he tries to put together a squad that is capable of challenging. Doesn't matter who's in charge of we don't get that right!

I'm not overwhelmed by this appointment either if it happens. But it appears to be the result of, at face value, a thorough and diligent recruitment process conducted by switched-on, experienced and successful professionals such as Grettar Steinsson. So I'm going to trust their judgment.
Martin may be more suited to a team fighting for titles, rather than survival.
