Well fellow bears, i wonder if this meeting with our owners and the recruitment team is taking place today or not 🤔I got sent an internal document last night of what this meeting is supposed to entail 🤔I truly think myself that once this transfer window closes on the 3rd of September purdy and Thelwell will be relieved of their duties and there will be an overhaul of our recruitment team/scouting department, there has to be 🙏I don't think cavanagh will now sanction big transfer fee outlays on any new player this window and it will be probably loan signings with options and low transfer fees if at all 🤔So i'd doubt very much if we're trying to sign Kevin kelsy or another new winger unless he's a loan or small transfer fee 🤔I'm also told there's legs in the possible return of Tav but not a definite but derek mcinnes rates Tav still and has allegedly told people that if he was there at the time he would have kept Tav and wanted him to get a new short term deal 🤔 Only passing on info that i was given last night to share with you all 🤔

Why would we not change recruitment team before end of window to get players in and out if that's the case. Thought Stig was going to be heavily involved in this with the Scandinavian market. I'm not opposed to having Tav as a RB on a fair wage, but not as captain. Not sure he was treated that fairly at the end.

Sorry. 💯 Agree with John here, he refused to wear the jersey. The circumstances are irrelevant. He made it all about him, yes a special day for him & his family, but you always have to put the club first, especially as captain.
You have to remember, the gentleman that did his presentation that day was also a sub in his last ever appearance as a player, & he's the greatest captain in our history. 🫡

Sm8719, All the presentations etc were arranged to honour Tav prematch as well as walking out the team. All he was asked to do was start on the bench. He threw a hissy fit and walked out.

The other side appeared slow in the transfer market. They have now bought 4 quality signings and we contemplate bringing Tav back. Embarrassing if true. I don't think we handled the Tav situation well. For a great club to allow an excellent servant to end his playing days like that was tacky and below our standards. But it's done and he should not return.

My biggest concern is the leaked internal document.
If we are looking at a player, and someone gives you a wee heads up, great.
If leaking documents on our governance and internal meetings is wrong, we need to keep these things in house.
