Absolutely, John. 🙏 I wish Martin O'Neill a very speedy recovery. 🙏

Well said, John, even though I hate them. One of my mates is actually a coach at Celtic. And he speaks very very highly of O'Neill. Describes it as a similar aura to Walter when he walks into a room.

Adding my thoughts to this as well, hope Mr O'Neill is better soon.

I do too.
But no disrespect, but I hope he calls it day.
Said at the start of season how shocked I was to hear he was carrying on.
I know he loves being involved.
But health has to come first.
He should be relaxing at his age.
Hope he has a quick recovery and goes on to enjoy retirement.

100% echo these sentiments, John.

What's happened to Mon?

I couldn't agree more. As stated in another post.
As the great Martin Luther King once said.
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that."
I choose to live in love.

Stig, depends on what the op was. Could be a very simple procedure.
Iro, he was operated on something yesterday. Seemed sudden.

Respect to the man, seems a nice guy and hope he recovers quickly.

Very profound, Gazza, and so true.

Wishing him a speedy and full recovery.

Some people just don't know when to stop work. I know, personally, before I retired I was wondering how I would fill my time and could I cope financially, and now I think I should have stopped two or three years ago. Walking the dog is free, taking grandkids to playpark is free.
And good for the mental health.

Absolutely wish him all the best. Health comes before football every time.

Wishing him a speedy recovery. I don't mind intense rivalry, I loathe them, but I wouldn't wish harm on anyone based on the team they support. He's a husband, a dad, a grandad, uncle etc. Speedy recovery, Martin.
