Now we know why we didn't go all out to sign Dahl for the ÂŖ8.5million that Hull City will allegedly pay Tromso for him. đ¤ We much more need right wingers and a left winger than opposed to Dahl's position, so the club have prioritised more critical positions within our team to spend big money on, and absolutely correctly so imo.

SWS, I think we all would agree that we need to spend it on creativity from wide areas, and hopefully Aasgaard can become a good AM goal threat that Dahl would have been. Selling Aasgaard would be an issue for me if we are not signing any CMs that are forward thinking and threats.

Yes BB4, we are never spending 10million on a winger. Not when we couldn't pay the asking price for Dahl. Recruitment team know they are under heavy pressure, and rightly so. They couldn't afford to feck up this summer recruitment wise, but they are making a good job of it. đđģ

If we end up bringing in the Algerian or a player of similar quality for 8-10m and that was the alternative to spending that on Dahl then no one can complain, really. We need wingers more than we need Dahl.

I can't understand anyone that thinks we don't need a player like Dahl as much as wingers. The only player we have similar is Aasgaard, and he blows hot & cold. Possibly Dan Neil, if played further forward, but Dahl has the potential to make us a serious profit in a few years.

Exactly Polar, Dahl would have brought that element of quality to our team. The difference maker we have been crying out for, scoring and creating goals from the midfield. The boy wanted to come as well. Vaclav Cerny, another difference maker on the wing. This is the type of quality we need if we are serious about getting back to the top again.

I myself think it will be too much for us to sign Ghedjemis tbh, as his club is looking for between ÂŖ13million-ÂŖ17million and that imo takes us out the race for him. âšī¸ However, I'm so looking forward to seeing what Yokota does for us as our right winger, and I absolutely think the Japanese right winger can be a very good signing for us.
