See if we can get the Serb lad, say we get Dahl as well plus we've got Neil. I don't see how on earth se get Lewis Ferguson as well. It's a lot of midfielders that will all want game time in a 4-4-2 formation, assuming that's his formation.
There's other areas of the pitch we are weak in. Especially wings for me.
I'd love Ferguson to come but how likely is Dahl, Neil, Drago and Ferguson in one window? Seems a stench to think that now.
My only hope is that no one from Rangers to anywhere's else of someone close to Lewis has said it's not happening. My post isn't really about Lewis it's more about the likelihood of all this is.

Mr Rangers, my honest opinion is if we get rid of some, they will back Derek McInnes but would rather get rid of some first to free up some wages but I, for one, feel excited for this season.

I don't think we will sign Ferguson, and Dahl be one or other, and maybe the Dahl links are picking up as we have admitted defeat with Ferguson.

Agree, if we sign Dahl and Drago, then Lewis is more than likely a no go.
Can't see us signing the first 3 as a back up, so can't see it.
That's why I don't think the Serbian lads a go. Just my hunch, nothing else.

Cops, I believe Dahl and Lewis were our first picks along with Neil.
Something in back of my head telling me Lewis isn't done yet.
We could even do a loan swap for a season with Raskin if both players sign a 1 year extension with respective clubs.
There is always a way, mate.
Perhaos Raskin isn't willing to commit to a Bologna or a Betis until he sees what offers he gets after World Cup.
He said his dream was Chelsea, so if I was him I'd want a Bournemouth, Brentford, Forrest, Everton, etc.
A club that would be the next step towards his dream club.
Italy and Spain may not apeal to him.
That could be holding us up in terms of funds.
I've a Big feeling Lewis will come in within the last 4/5 days of the window, mate. I really do, bro.

Don't think anyone knows for sure until it happens. News gets out about interest often enough, but lots of things got to fall into place for transfers to happen. Wouldn't stick my neck out and say def any player we are interested will or will not come, especially with 8 weeks left in window.

Of course you want 4 quality midfielders. You need competition and he could also rotate or change formation. It's a long season to get an injury and be left with bang average cover.

We ain't going to play 442 every week. McInnes didn't do it with Hearts. 352, 433 he played also.
