If Watt, Dan Neil and Silas Andersen are all no 6 type players (if that's correct)
Who is the better option out the 3 and who would you prefer?

Silas Anderson, I think, but I'm not 100% clued up with them all apart from Watt, the others I'm just going off YouTube, so I could 100% be wrong.

Andersen going to Sporting for 7m euros plus add ons. So he's out of it.
I think Dan Neil potentially has a higher ceiling than Watt. But Watt already knows the league, the stadiums and the pitches. So it's anyone's guess who's better, really, and I can't say Andersen, as never seen him play.

Silas had the higher ceiling according to the stats, but looks unlikely we get him. Other than that, going by stats (which I know people hate), Dan Neil is next, but Elliot Watt offers something different to what Neil offers. I think getting Dan Neil for nothing and Watt in as well wouldn't be a bad thing at all.

Not seen Silas Anderson play, so not going to pretend he would be my pick. I would like Elliot Watt if I was picking one of them, since I have actually seen him play.

@John, would you try to match or beat the offer for Anderson that Sporting have put in. I think it's £7m, not sure if it's euros or pounds.

Exactly what we are apparently looking for. If it's close, the domestic bias will determine the player we take, but I think we could take both Dan Neil and Elliot Watt.

If it's between Watt and Neil, then, going by what AC said, we will go for Watt due to the SPFL bias. Would Neil be on a free, though, so that might change things?
I know mystar rates Neil. I saw an Ipswich fan describe him as having flashes of brilliant but also showing a lot of rustiness as well.
Watt also scored 6 goals from playing at the base of midfield with Motherwell, which is good going, and something we've missed for a while.

Firstly, and unfortunately, I just can't see us getting Silas Andersen. ☹️ So, going on that assumption, I'd honestly like us to sign both Elliot Watt and Dan Neil. ? I rate and like both. ? ??
