I don't believe Danny Rohl is under any threat from the owners.
He was Cavanagh's choice for the job and I firmly believe he intends to give him more than just a January window to fix the mess he inherited.

He isn't under any threat at all, Aphe. AC has been so involved that even if we don't win this, I believe he will give Rohl everything he needs to be a success next year.

When Danny Rohl came to Rangers, we were in 8th place or something like that. If you suggested at that time he could be sacked for not winning the league, you would have laughed. Every single one of you would have said we are a basket case of a club, if we sack Rohl for not winning the league.
It is a testament to how well he's done that this chat even exists now.
He came close to winning it, which in itself was a minor miracle. He got everyone believing again. The wheels have come off in recent weeks, and we're running out of road. He made a good fist of it, no matter how this ends.
This, for me, is a very poor Rangers squad. I think he's done well, all things considered.

It was a complete mess when he came in, but make no mistake about it, it will be one monumental feck up if we don't win the league from the position we were in only last week. Some will be ok about it, and say it was great to get back into the title race, but I don't buy it.
If we don't win the league, it means we have bottled it once again from a great position. No matter how you dress it up.

Rohl done a great job getting us back into contention.
But has to take a lot of blame if we fail to win the league due to some strange team selections, tactics. The only team Motherwell are likely to have taken points off since split is us.

Don't agree at all, Storm. Even if we won we'd have still been behind. We needed to win the last 9 games on the trot. Failure to do that is not bottling it, whatever way u want to look at it. We can still do it, but we were always up against it.

Totally agree with Storm, happy clap all you want, but the Motherwell result was a sign of the squad mentality to include tactical naivety from the manager. Another season for Rohl, I just don't know.

Like, no manager in Rangers history has won every game we are expected to win. Please don't say aye we should because of the value of our squad. Using that same theory, then how can we win any game in European leagues.

It's a tricky one. We were written off so early due to results under that t***, then Rohl came in, clawed it bk & suddenly we were contending again, so yes, to a point it would be very gutting to get to that position but not take full advantage of it esp since nobody thought we would.
One thing's for sure, this has been a very strange season, first in a long time it's been so competitive & unpredictable.
