Nobody is belittling Raskin.
It is easy however to point out how easy it is for him to escape criticism season after season while I need to listen to Tav this, Souttar that, Chermiti this, Aasgaard that, Max Aarons, what is Skov done.
Is he the best player in the team or not? Why are you guys letting him put in half performances all season so he can be fit for a world cup.
I've never seen a player get elevated like this one, he's not played better for us than John Lundstram did and has never hit John Lundstrams top level, this is not a debate this is fact. He should be criticised the MOST.
Do you think we've had first half 45 minute performances more than 20% this season?
Do you think that's maybe because he wants to be fit for a world cup? What other player in HISTORY would get away with that.
Belgium are downgrading themselves by playing him, he'd never make the Scotland 11. He's a complete downgrade on John Lundstram, I can't believe anyone would argue he's ever put in better performances, he hasn't just look at the euro final run, Lundstram got 6 MoM in his first 6 games XD
John Lundstram is the best on earth, Why is Raskin being elevated beyond him in the eyes of the fans? If Raskin wins no title and leaves he's been a complete failure.
He's worse than Davis, Jack, Kamara, Aribo, Lundstram and I'm suspicious already that Chuck will do more in a Rangers rubbish for us than he will.
He is NOT captain material, he doesn't follow instructions, he's fell out with the previous 2 managers and he will start leaking the team if he's not happy.
If we drop points I don't want to hear about the striker, or the defence, I want the Belgium international who can't control games when he's supposed to be the best player in the team mentioned, nobody cares what his level might be he's never been as good as John Lundstram for us.
First 45 mins proves it, the guy nearly threw the league away because he didn't want to play with any intensity due to a world cup coming up.
Think about it, do you care about a league title that could risk you getting injured or playing on the world stage where everyone sees you and you get your big move?
He's been 50% in all season and like 10% with RM and you wonder why we didn't do anything, toxic toxic player. Never a captain.

Raskin was the first 1st team player that I worked with on a one to one basis.
I can confirm, as Fact, that he isn't putting in 50% effort to protect himself for the World Cup - that's far too risky. He's putting in no more than the 38% that the sports science calculator has worked out is optimal.
In all seriousness, I posted at the time - when he was recovering from injury - that he was comfortably our best player and would captain us one day.
I haven't worked with Rommens, Chucki, Skov or Naderi. However I'd still say he is our best player.
