Rohl confirms he's sticking with chermissy. He has 28 appearances in all competitions with a goal scored every 1622 minutes. 4 total goals. He's on the pitch for an average of 84 minutes per game.

Findlay Curtis had 21 appearances in all competitions with a goal scored every 300 minutes. He's on the pitch for an average of 22 minutes per game. Who's better? Let's hope chermissy gets a hat trick v hearts. Then again, maybe I'll be invited to dinner with Kim Jong un. More chance of that happening

14 Feb 2026 14:09:49
So, you must be saying Chermiti has played 6648 minutes for Rangers then, Whine? Chermiti is a talented young footballer with plenty of ability.

14 Feb 2026 14:11:00
Decisions like these will see us fall completely short.

14 Feb 2026 14:45:03
Whine, I actually got offered a job by Kim Yong-Un.

I knocked it back, though. I didn't think it'd be a good Korea move. ?

14 Feb 2026 14:47:07
Why would you want to go to dinner with Kim Jong Un? What's wrong with Charlize Theron?

14 Feb 2026 15:00:54
Chermiti is terrible. One of our worst ever strikers. Can't hit a barn door.

14 Feb 2026 15:57:41
Mystar, you say Chermiti is a talented young footballer with plenty of ability? It seems he needs to show that ability on a more regular basis, and turn that ability into goals, imho. ? Or spend some time on the bench.

14 Feb 2026 16:00:05
Whine, when did Danny Rohl say he was sticking with Chermiti, mate? ? Remember, Rohl pushed the boat out for his own striker signing in Ryan Naderi, so I would have thought he'd be his preferred no.1 striker, my friend. ?

14 Feb 2026 16:14:13
Charlize has a worse haircut than Kim Whatsmyname. ?

14 Feb 2026 16:21:28
Chermiti has had one good game of football for Rangers. Let's get real here. It seems he is living off that Celtic game, and some people have bought it. If he is talented, then he is even better at hiding it.

14 Feb 2026 16:22:34
Star give it a rest for crying out loud, Chermiti is a talented footballer! Is he because you are saying it? Like you have with so many flops we have had.

Every metric that he should be judged upon (goals/assists) he is an awful footballer. I thought after the Celtic game he would kick on but he hasn't and keep in mind half his goals came in that one game so it makes for even worse reading.

It's fans like you (yes using the same tactic you employed with me) that will allow our club to continue winning nothing as you are willing to accept mediocrity and not push for better.

14 Feb 2026 16:25:20
Blue-Floyd, boy has plenty of ability.

14 Feb 2026 16:56:47
Coaches and scouts can see his ability, whereas your average fan sees nothing. That's the story.

14 Feb 2026 17:05:32
Bigbluejim, lol, man, awful tells me enough. Have a great night, mate.

14 Feb 2026 17:07:13
I don't doubt he has talent, My star, but he has to start scoring goals regularly for us, mate. ? Like I said earlier, Danny Rohl pushed the boat out to get Ryan Naderi signed and he's his no.1 striker, as it's his signing. ?

14 Feb 2026 17:17:15
Wasn't looking at her hair, Fork.

14 Feb 2026 17:20:13
Get your coat, Athole.

14 Feb 2026 17:21:03
Big difference seeing them in a Rangers jersey though.

14 Feb 2026 17:26:55
Mystar, I'm not your average fan, I'm a former coach, and I see quite a lot of stuff. Could you please point me in the direction of this ability you seem to believe Chermiti has? This former coach sees precious little in what the boy brings to the team.

14 Feb 2026 17:55:38
Lol Wmn. ??

14 Feb 2026 18:01:47
I have to agree with the general consensus here. The boy showed signs of improvement. I hoped he'd kick on, but, tbh, he leaves a lot to be desired in his goal-scoring prowess. He may come gd, but unless it's at Rangers, I fear he won't be here long.

14 Feb 2026 18:07:35
28 appearances, 4 goals. Enough said.

14 Feb 2026 18:45:03
And 1 goal was a total howler by the keeper. A striker who's never in the box to get on the end of crosses. A striker who can't make runs or link play.

14 Feb 2026 19:17:11
Thornton, Chermiti has very good feet, good at bringing others into play, very good control of the ball, good range of passing, plenty of positives in his game. I'm really struggling to understand how a coach doesn't see such things. ?

14 Feb 2026 19:31:22
All these coaches, brilliant. ?‍♂️
You have the worst record on here for saying a player has talent when he hasn't, and that's 100% true. You had called more players talented on here, and 90% of them have flopped.

14 Feb 2026 19:45:50
Chermiti has improved since he signed, but in all honesty he could not get any worse. It's not his fault the price tag, but it is his fault his shooting is horrendous. Position sense for a striker is abysmal; he's scared to get in the box. I don't believe he is a natural striker in any shape or form. I do actually think he can play a part and has some qualities.

On occasions he's played well, linked up well, and does try, but he cannot be the main striker to score the goals to win us the league. It's simply not happening. He does not have a striker's instinct that is evident at us and his strike rate overall. I believe he would be best played deeper, with an actual striker in front of him to get the best out of him.

14 Feb 2026 20:06:26
And right there is why i cannot agree with mystar happy clappy player evaluations anymore there us a diff between optimism and lying to yourself.

Chermiti has done nothing to warrant fee or high praise if it was a scottiah player with same ability you would all be slaughtering him mystar included

14 Feb 2026 20:25:11
GJD, I'd play him deeper as well.

14 Feb 2026 20:41:34
1538 minutes for 28 games, a goal every 384 minutes. Your stats are incorrect, whine.

14 Feb 2026 23:25:37
Forever, nothing will ever surprise me with you.
happy clapper rips me up, only because you see nothing, surprised, 100% no.
Lying to myself fgs.???

14 Feb 2026 23:41:00
The only thing I'll say is I can remember Dessers being judged on here as the worst Rangers striker ever. I'd say Chermiti has plenty about him, but ultimately our 9s are judged on how many goals they score. Apart from Dessers.

14 Feb 2026 23:41:13
There are two things I don't understand about all the Chermiti arguments.

The first one is that Chermiti earned his place in the team because he was offering more than our experienced and not cheap strikers, Dani and Miovski. He may not be what we want in a Rang.

14 Feb 2026 23:48:27
* Rangers' number nine has been part of the team that got us into contention. He has played his part.

The second thing is, why do players like Gasamma and Moore get away almost scot-free in the fans' view? They were both honking in the last game.

Moore isn't even our player, and he has probably done less than Chermiti over more games. He also cost potential development time for our own prospect.
