Is Rothwell an upgrade on Lundstrum?
For me and what I have seen right now it would be no.
That's not to say Rothwell may come good.

Lundstrum had played and performed at a higher level. I think Rothwell will be a solid squad player for us, he's a good player. Probably is our clueless manager appears to be building a team around him rather than acknowledging that he's just a squad player.

Strom, I like Rothwell, but it's a big ask to expect him to adapt to a new role - which is why I was saying I wouldn't have started him in the team this early.

Lundstrum - His first few games chased every ball like a madman, he would fit the managers style, but I think he might be past it now.

Forever, Lundstrum definitely was an empty shirt for us last season as he was playing for Trabzonspor in Turkey ? Lundstrum had some good games for us, but was never really consistent for us and his ability was pretty limited imho. Rothwell hasn't been very good so far, but I thought he had his best game so far on Saturday. Hopefully, he'll improve when the team gets to grip with RM's system/ tactics.

I think Rothwell is a very solid, efficient player. I'd say on par with Lundstrum who was a solid for us too, underrated by many.

Think he's sind at hull anyway, when I recall Leeds last year he was partnered with someone in there
Ampadu, gruev or Tanaka the middle of the pitch didn't empty and leave Rothwell exposed but on the other hand they ran their socks off as well
I think he will come good, just feel he needs support.

There's absolutely no way to answer that as we seen Lunny for several seasons and have barely seen Rothwell for several weeks. Completely different types of players as well.

Fork, he's played as an 8 for most of his career and last season played a bit of a hybrid for Leeds as they played two 6's, but he had the licence to drive forward.
So he's never really played the role he's playing for us and is struggling a bit with how often he's on the ball - which is why he looks like a burst couch after an hour.
He's brilliant around the training ground -spends a lot of time with new players and the younger players.

Lundstrum was amazing for us, he fell off for a good period though.
I'd say he - at his best - offered more than Rothwell does currently. He needs someone next to him in that central Role.

We really need to watch we don't start picking in rothwell because of RM as nothing is rothwell fault.

Roth well is the best passer in the team from what I've seen so far, he's a first pick for me.
