Cracking performance and result last night, fair play to Martin making some big calls that others have shy'd away from. I think Cameron is going to be Martin a headache after that performance but it's a good headache to have. Dessers done well in my opinion, mixed reviews on the live chat but we looked stronger with him than without. Two wingers who appear to be flying.
After the Motherwell game I said I wasn't sure if we were actually stronger now compared with last season, it looked last night that we were.

Agree with that. I would have Cameron, Raskin and Dio as midfield 3.

Dio raskin and rothwell together does not work. Think only 2 of the 3 can start. Tbink the other one will need to be cameron or aasgaard when up to speed.

We were superb last night mate that particular team and set up last night I reckon would have easily put Motherwell to bed on Saturday there.

I think the starting 3 would be Rothwell, Cameron and Dio. they have the jersey to lose now and to drop any of them would be a poor example to others. I think we will rotate though as two games a week and wanting to maintain those energy levels would be too much. Having Aasgard still to come in as well is a bonus.

Thought the scoreline would've been much tighter as they're no an easy nights work.
We were more clinical on the night, sets us up nicely for the return leg.
Antman hardly put a foot wrong on his debut, looks a model pro.
Hope we can get Aasgaard back soon, see how he gets on.
Wish we would drop this tiki taka stuff around our penalty area though, it's really stressful to watch.

Maybe with Rothwell Dio and Raskin try Raskin and Dio swapping to natural foot sides, ie raskin right side of midfield three instead of left and same with Dio.

Good thing is now we have good options because so many games and form and fitness will drop so no fears rotating them.

Agree Angus unless he's not playing well would expect Rothwell to start most games, thought his first time passing was really good last night.
