I remember when i first came on here I posted about a rumour I seen on football insider.
I got ripped to shreds for it. I knew nothing about football insider.
What is it with you people who berate posters for info they have seen.

I didn't know it was a Celtic site either (and don't care tbh) but if you read the content it is obviously just rubbish. however put your rumour out there; if possible give the source and let people make their choice to believe it or not. I still say if you post on any online forum you do need to expect a bit of pushback. put your big boy pants on and just give it back.

If you are gullible or stupid enough to click on these sites and that includes the main stream media and think you can come on here and pass on the made up fabricated fantasy stories that you have just wasted precious minutes of your life reading and think that the sensible folks will thank you for passing on the lies then good for you.
I also love the wee snowflake phrases that get used like "i got shot down in flames" or "i got ripped to shreds" No you got what you deserved for spreading lies and you all should be ashamed of yourselves for clicking on these sites in the first place but to make things worse you spread the lies even further by re posting them.

I have some failures on here but mostly cause i'm posting pissed up in the middle of the night. Other than that I think we are mostly civil. There are a few that go close to the bone and I have to admit I have to just move on when reading some posts/ replys and say cel a vie, perhaps folks think that of me, not worth loosing sleep over, Come back Super Coops.

I agree Kaiser. I never believe any of it but really enjoy the read and also the laughs that some of the suggestions give.
and Horse I think you proved what new posters need to do and just carry on posting and then people start to accept you as a poster. If people read the site and see there is a bit of thing and frying on topics then I would be surprised. There is never nastiness and anything inappropriate does tend to be challenged rightly as well.

Whitehorse is one of my favourite posters on here along with some other reliable regulars and generally brings some fun so to basically call him (and others) gullible, stupid, a snowflake, spreading lies and a purveyor of pish who shouldn't be allowed to spread his nonsense is pathetic and needs challenged as much as a poor rumour. If u don't like rumours don't go on a site that literally has it in its name.

I agree kaiser and what rumours are people then allowed to post; only ones which come from someone who claims to be connected to the club, because those have proved also to not come to fruition.
I often wonder why people would believe some of the stories and rumours but would never call them gullible or stupid, especially when you get upset when people aren't civil to you.
as I say I like the rumours even if I don't believe them and a rumours and/ or banter page seems the perfect place to post them so please carry on.
