Purdy has been portrayed almost as a Chief Scout but his role seems to be much more than that. Therefore its important that we get somebody properly qualified to fill that role, and I say that as someone who wants to see more ex Rangers men involved at all levels.
Its also important that the fans try to understand how things work and don't pick scapegoats to attack when things aren't going right, I know I'm guilty of it too, because we could be chasing decent people away from our club.

The person i would like to see replace purdy would be either christian nerlinger or Davie Weir both have that top level.
Nerlinger would also bring a vast contact book of talented players from his football agency company.
