Like storm especially on here, I've always stated how much I want Rangers to sign James Penrice. 🙏 Always rated him and wanted us to sign him even when he was at Livingston. 🤔 I rate and like Tuur Rommens, but imo, and I've said this before, there's nothing between Rommens and Penrice as left backs, both are good. 👌 🇬🇧

However, my understanding is that yeah, we are willing to give the player time.
I'm just putting 2 and 2 together and assuming we're keen to get them on board.
