We are still in negotiations with Tromso & Dahl and a deal is expected to be reached. We have upped our offer and Rangers is where he wants to come. Watch this space as I'm told the deal is happening and he won't be going to Cardiff so ignore any media speculation. If I'm wrong I'll stop posting
