We are pushing very hard on Ferguson
Anyone else ITK picking this up
16 Jun 2026 08:57:38
We won't sign Ferguson.
16 Jun 2026 09:13:59
AR32, I did a post 2 weeks ago. I have a friend who is ITK. It was all to do with other bodies leaving the club and same with Bologna finding a replacement.
As I have said before, my friend is very close to this detail and I don't post for the fun of it.

I wouldn't be surprised with this one. There have always been rumours over the years about this, but this year, I haven't seen this much conversation over one transfer, which suggests to me it could genuinely happen.
16 Jun 2026 09:28:48
WATP891, what did you post mate. ? Sorry I can't remember reading it mate.
16 Jun 2026 09:34:41
Not happening, captain of Bologna. Only way he's leaving there is to either a bigger Italian team or to the Premiership. He will be valued north of 15m and we ain't paying that.
16 Jun 2026 09:36:11
Yep. He's valued at around £13m so the sale of Raskin would be put towards bringing him in.
16 Jun 2026 09:39:55
Thanks, WATP. Firms up what I'm hearing.
There was chat before, but since the Scotland game, it's all I'm hearing. Seems to me the club are lining it all up nicely.
Specifically regarding outgoings, as heard today of a big outgoing deal almost concluded.
16 Jun 2026 09:53:07
Raskin, by any chance, AR32? Or is it Fernandez? Seen Leverkusen apparently ramping up their interest.
16 Jun 2026 09:56:47
AR32, I was going to do a post, but sometimes at this time of year we get shut down quickly.
NR, I have been told, is away. I did a post about that last month. So, from our point of view, we can now afford him and, honestly, wages is not an issue.
Our stumbling block, I have been told, is the Italians finding a replacement.
16 Jun 2026 10:13:48
Sell Raskin and Diomande and bring in Watt and Ferguson.
16 Jun 2026 10:52:54
He's worth a lot more than 13 million, genuinely, and Aberdeen get 20/25 percent of any deal, so they will be wanting more to cover that.
16 Jun 2026 11:05:16
Yeah, Raskin deals verbally agreed, along with Bajrami.
Wages, fees of both will cover what needs to be covered.
Not heard anything on Dio, but his team are working hard, selling Dio would align back into what I also heard regarding Watt.
Hoping we also get Neil, what an upgrade in midfield that would be.
16 Jun 2026 11:05:56
Ferguson is on 25, 000 euro a week at Bologna, with negotiations continuing regarding a wage increase thought to be putting him on 30 to 40, 000 euro a week! If indeed bigger Italian teams and EPL teams are truly interested, then he'll no doubt be offered even more.
We can't compete with that. Boyhood Gers fan or not, I can't see him turning that kind of money down at this stage of his career. Hope I'm wrong, as would love to see him signing with us, but I just can't see it happening at this moment in time.
16 Jun 2026 11:06:42
Ryan, do Aberdeen not just get 20/25 percent on any fee over what they sold him for, not from the total fee?
16 Jun 2026 11:35:52
Sell Raskin and Diomande to bring in Ferguson and Just.
16 Jun 2026 11:50:41
I'd love Ferguson to come. Now, I'm not comparing to Gazza, but that was a transfer I never thought would happen, and it did! Whilst low probability, not impossible.
As for Raskin, if the money is good.
I still think he is a fantastic player, and you could see in the Belgium game the improvement in their play with him coming on. Surely there has to be some big clubs looking at him. £££s.
16 Jun 2026 12:08:49
Appreciate the info, AR32. Exciting times ahead, hopefully.
16 Jun 2026 13:13:24
AR, which country is Raskin headed to?
16 Jun 2026 13:31:51
1. I really doubt if we can afford north of 13 mill for Ferguson.
2. Reports of him getting an increase in salary to 30-40k Euro, again puts him out of our reach.
3. Bigger Italian teams now looking at him.
4. Short career. Why? Would he come back to Scotland?
16 Jun 2026 15:10:47
The harder clubs push to take Raskin, the harder we can push to take Lewis Ferguson. That keeps it simple enough for me to understand without getting lost in a what is possible or impossible debate.
