I hope this brings some discussion and stops the multiple posts about not having names.

Aphelion, you never feel the need to give up names you've been passed due to snide remarks about posters demanding names, my friend of over 30 years is a former football agent but still hears names across the leagues up here and England however out of respect to that friendship I'd never disrespect him by telling a bunch of strangers only for them to put it down or bitch and snipe at it.

I really like the look of Danilho Doehki and believe he's a player we've been interested in for quite a while
Losing Raskin I'm coming round to especially given names who he could be replaced with
And the fact we should receive a good transfer offer for
Herta Dahl would have been an excellent signing I reckon

I like the look of all the players on that list think I remember that Dutch defender was linked with us couple years ago. Only thing i did read was Andreas christianson is out for months with an ACL tear he suffered around Christmas time.

Fair play for actually given names on what uve heard mate. Not doubting ye but if any of these players are brought to Ibrox then it changes the whole cycle of who dominates the league. The issue is trust, and expect backlash but fine, Aph if your simply using information from internet media sources from Scandinavia or Germany that's fine, the majority are not privy too this, if its simply information you have gathered with your personal opinion and thoughts that's fine too, but the problem is some don't believe you have real insider knowledge from the corridors of Ibrox.
You do allude to having this, particularly this week on Olsen, it has been highlighted this information originally came from sources in Germany, if true just say. I, m never going to attack someone putting names forward, the site is for that, but what I don't like is causing division, it's getting cult like now, those with you and against.
We are all Rangers men and woman who only want the best for the club.
People will get called out and that is the nature of life but we all need to take it on the chin.
This is not a personal attack on you as a person it's more your behaviour at times.
Your knowledge on football and contribution are far greater on here than mine, my posts are bull, I know that but I enjoy it none the same, all I ask is to be honest, this would go a long way in changing peoples opinion.

I stated on the original post that it should provoke football discussion yet again it turns into personal discussion.
That is the issue that harms the site.
If someone posts a football rumour let's discuss the rumour and not the person posting it.

There are many reasons why a name would not be appropriate, delicate or crucial stage of negotiations, stealing a march on possible competitors, players or agents involved not wanting it known they are negotiating or considering certain moves etc etc. i'm very impatient by nature but even I can be patient waiting to hear names for these and other reasons.

Martel could be out new Captain ? it was his name that jumped out at me a few weeks ago and I saw we were linked with him a few years ago.
To be even spoken about in the same thread as these players shows we're going in the right direction.
I understand people with links to the club being cautious with information, it's mostly the cryptic posts that do my nut in.
At the end of the day in my opinion if you have information, and it won't affect your personal/professional life then share away. Don't let a paragraph from an anonymous user on here get ye down.

I follow the Bundesliga, Luca Netz is one of the biggest names in terms of talent and potential. He's superb. There's another lad, Rocco Reitz in the same team and the same age I'm sure, solid CDM. Both 22/23 I believe.

Personally I have no problem people posting rumours and then not coming true, that's what the site is for. Maybe they are not true, maybe we anre interested but the deal doesn't go through - can be many reasons it wouldn't happen.
However I hate it when posters come on and say something is a fact and argue with anyone who disagrees. Were a few of them in the Gerrard will be our manager crew.
Let's just enjoy us being linked to (and hopefully getting) some players that will improve our team and challenge for the league and cup this year.

Everyone saying Shota should just scroll past posts he doesn't fully believe surely should take their own advice and just scroll past his. There is no need whatsoever for not stating everything you claim to know/have heard rumours wise including names of players you've heard we are looking at/ talking to?.
No-one will get in trouble for doing so. I highly doubt anyone from within the club that has any clout will be on this page checking to see if anyone is giving out information regarding signings that they shouldn't be. What's the point in posting we're looking at someone and not naming them, I don't get it. Shota is being unfairly treated here, he's allowed his opinions the same as you and I.
And just like you're all saying, if you don't like them then scroll past. I know I'm relatively new on here and I'm in no way trying to start any sort of arguments, my opinion may mean nothing to you whatsoever. I usually keep quiet because I am not in the know and usually behind the curve on news and rumours, so have little to share.
I do not know anyone here personally, so cannot take sides, and clearly personality clashes have taken place in the past. What I can say is that much of what is posted by those in the know, and usually those not in the know is new to me. I don't expect every rumour to be true or backed up with evidence, I am just glad to get to see some names and usually need to spend some time googling who they are.
I genuinely appreciate when people share, whether they are in the know or not, or whether the rumour actually turns out to be accurate or not.
So thanks to all of you for making this place the amazing place it is!
