As others have said Penrice and Makhanya stand outs. But big shout out to our new goalie. Pandur to me oozes class, calmness and belief in himself, he must be a great assurance for our defence, knowing he is so reliable.

Very good with the ball at his feet and happy to come out and play sweeper when required. A stark contrast to McGregor style who has a nosebleed outside his 6 yard box.

i think we have a few players who have not only improved the position but helped players from last year, who we all wanted to write off, improve too, as an example Gassama, last season i would have been happy never to see him in a Rangers top again but this season, and whilst he isn't the finished article he is miles improved.
He can easily go round players with ease.

Gassama Naderi Sterling manny all improving. Sterling always been good just fitness is becoming more consistent. Will be good to see how Rommens does when he's back as well challanging Penrice. Then hopefully we will see Vanja and kosta more soon too.

Sir Walter I fully expect him to play for a top level champions league team. Hopefully only after he's won a couple leagues with us.

Sws, Makhanya will keep on improving, mate he's only a young cb's, as wishy just said he definitely has the potential to play for any club, can't see him not playing for a top side, win a couple of leagues first, him and Fernandez are both quality, some pairing for a club in this league.

Back five have the looks of being talked about in future years as we look back, still early but confidence is not something we have talked about in a Rangers defence in years.

3 weeks ago they were all mince. Sterling was always a solid defender, just fitness. Our 2 centre halves are young so there will be mistakes in them which might go unpunished in league football. Penrice looks every inch a Rangers player to me and Pandur has impressed me.
