Here's a question for you all.

Let's assume we keep the 4-2-3-1/4-4-1-1 for Wednesday night, do you go Kelsy or Naderi up top? Or option 3. Go both with Minsu dropping out after his poorest match so far but also 3 games in quick succession after just joining?

A second cheeky question would be do we start Bouanani or do we start Minsu (if going Kelsy and Naderi), Curtis or Yokota at RW?

Id like to see Neil and Dragojevic or Raskin against St Mirren as well. Neil was outstanding at the weekend and a player I've been behind I'm sure MyStar will love that 😂

Personally I'd be reluctant to change a winning team, so it's Curtis, Raskin, Neil and Nederi for me.

I'd like Kelsy, Bouanani, and Godfrey all to get minutes prior to the Old Firm with a view to hoping having Godfrey starting that match if fit.

07 Sep 2026 06:29:03
Keep the winning team if possible, introducing other players later in game management.

07 Sep 2026 07:56:02
Poorest game so far, he's only had 2 and had a blinder in his first. 😂
It's great to have all these options but I'd stick with the same team and Naderi up front, bringing Kelsey on in the second half. You want to give Bouanani some game time if he's ready.

07 Sep 2026 09:16:25
It's ruthless, but you don't buy a 9m striker not to play him, and we are going to need minutes for him with Old Firm coming up.
So, Kelsey in for Shankland. Pish for Naderi, but football's a ruthless game.

07 Sep 2026 09:31:24
It was definitely his poorest game yet, but you want him to make up for it next game, so keep him in squad, keep his morale up.

07 Sep 2026 09:31:36
Correct, Wishy, yet some suggest Miovski belled than 9 million striker.

07 Sep 2026 10:09:28
I think Curtis could replace Minsu as the 10 and
either bring the Algerian lad or Yokota back in. Just as a bit of rotation.
I would start with Kelsy up top.

07 Sep 2026 10:29:07
Keep Minsu in the team, start Kelsey, try and get 60/70 mins for him.

07 Sep 2026 10:57:28
St Mirren are a different proposition from Falkirk and Motherwell as they are a lot more direct and play off the second ball, so I suspect we may see a little tweak to the set up and potentially see Devlin in the starting line up.

The way we play puts a lot of demand on the front 4, so suspect we'll see a bit of rotation and both Naderi and Kelsey starting.

07 Sep 2026 11:44:53
I thought St Mirren played well on Saturday night, not an easy game.

07 Sep 2026 11:46:24
Do you see Minsu being the one coming out to facilitate two strikers, EHL? Or do you see it being Curtis with Minsu going right?

imo Gassama needs to stay in the team, he's so dangerous and the last game against St Mirren him and Penrice torn them a new one.

07 Sep 2026 12:16:58
I have never read that from anyone, Miovski is better than Kels? John, that would be absolute bonkers, must have missed that.

07 Sep 2026 12:43:32
On here today, Miovski a better finisher than Kelsey.

There is a reason Miovski is 4/5 choice at Rangers.

07 Sep 2026 12:47:04
Would bench Minsu on Wednesday (with view of not using him unless we need to). Hopefully, would then be fully recharged and ready for Sunday.

Mins for Kelsy at some point required. Have a feeling that he's got the potential to destroy Celtic's defensive high line next few weeks.

Aka a Daniels Cousin or Chermiti.

Gassama minutes should be managed too on Wednesday, as a real asset on break for same reason.

07 Sep 2026 12:52:43
Bonkers then, John, never read that, mate, Kelsy is only in the door, hopefully a double against them on Sunday.

07 Sep 2026 13:09:24
Kelsey got to get at least half n hour on Wednesday if we want him to start in Sunday, and same with new winger. Think the 3 games in six days caught up on Minsu. Really want him on pitch but understand benching him so on full tilt for next Sunday.

Think we might see Kelsey and Naderi start on Wednesday. Things ticking along with players we have available, but am a bit worried about Yokota starting to look a bit lightweight, hopefully he shows up on Wednesday.

07 Sep 2026 13:17:39
I think I would start Bouanani on the right wing and Gassama on the left with Curtis to come on later. I like the idea of wingers going full tilt for 60 minutes, then replacing them with fresh legs and I thought Curtis was really good when he went over to the left on Saturday and combined with Penrice. I would play Minsu and tell him to pressure their No.6 Carr who really struggled when Celtic pressed him.

Not sure which striker starts but same principal, work your socks off and then the other guy comes on. We have played Saints already this season so we should know what we are up against, they are trying to be more expansive and play more football but it does leave them a bit open.

07 Sep 2026 13:53:41
Star, because it wasn't said that way. It was that Miovski might be a more instinctive finisher than Kelsey, and that was caveated by 'from what the poster had seen'. They overlap but are different. Better is a measure of overall efficiency, execution, and output. Whilst instinctive is about unconscious anticipation and rapid, natural reactions.

07 Sep 2026 14:45:39
Angus, that's what is said, inferred, stated. Miovski plays before Naderi and Kelsey, plain and simple.

Angus certainly don't agree why our definition. What a load off sh.

07 Sep 2026 15:11:00
I think we should wait and see if Kelsey is a better finisher than Miovski, he missed absolute sitter other day although you did see he was trying to put in top left and made a pig ears of it, happens to the best of them.

07 Sep 2026 16:48:48
Wallace, we may never see Kelsey again. Some will write him off by now.
