It takes a real man to admit somethings wrong and takes a real man to speak about it. I've see a few posters admit their not fine lately. Men find it hard to talk about it but once said its a relief to have said it. Maybe saying it on here is the better option.
We're all Rangers fan here. We're all in the same team. Any poster who isn't feeling OK then please feel free to let it out on here. I'm sure you will feel much better once said and sure every1 will get behind you. Remember were all 1 team and mental health is real ?⚪️?.

Well said Davie. ???
13 Mar 2026 15:12:12
Nice one Davie. Need to speak more, but even a bit on an anonymous site can help let off steam. I know it's helped me to unload a bit. Also, folk better understand if our posts seem off at times. Plenty on here, willing to keep u going with a bit of humour thrown in.

Thought rumour had an R not an H. ?
13 Mar 2026 15:34:48
Nice one, Davie. ?
13 Mar 2026 15:49:23
Well said, Davy.
13 Mar 2026 16:13:49
Fork, and just to prove the point re humour (or lack of it. ?).
13 Mar 2026 17:46:34
I'm trying ? very lol. ?
13 Mar 2026 19:42:21
Well said, Davie. You have seen one or two say that folk like this are not men, when these people are the real men, not them. ?

The brain is the most impressive but also complicated muscle.
It can be fantastic and liberating to you.
It can also be stressful and haunt you.
I have my own roller coaster ride with my brain and mental health.
The pressures of life, and being the sole provider to pay a mortgage and provide the expected lifestyle for my family.
Mental health, for me, is the biggest thing society has to deal with.
The problem is it's invisible.
I'll leave you with that thought.
13 Mar 2026 21:36:15
Guys, just to say that I've been struggling with my own mental health for years.
Highs and lows, I'd say.
My friends and family wouldn't know, as they would think I'm successful in life and happy-go-lucky.
I've mentioned it to my wife once or twice, so she might have an inclination but probably wouldn't take it seriously.
My son knows my username on this site, so he might be shocked if he reads this, but I know he'd completely understand.
Anyway, I'd like to thank yous guys for all the chat.
{Ed078's Note - that takes courage. A poster a few days ago talked about "strong men", it was all I could do not to ban him (I don't have that authority to be fair), and it made me think about what true strength really is. This is it.

Well said too, CO2. Take it easy, and unload any time. It's a good bunch on here when it needs to be. The footy is good for an escape, but also gets us riled up, so good to take a break at times.
13 Mar 2026 22:00:41
Always put it out CO2, share your thoughts, lighten your load n speak, sit with your gd lady and go through it, it will help, better out than in bud. ?
14 Mar 2026 01:27:11
End of the day we're all 1 team.
14 Mar 2026 07:20:46
CO2 and Ed - brilliant. ??
CO2 - if your son reads that he'll know he's got a proper man as a Dad. By speaking out you'll help him and show him it's ok to open up.
Ive got 2 teenage girls. Both seeing councillors.
1 for anxiety dating back to C19 and the other who is 13 yrs, dyslexic and possibly autistic but is currently self-harming and self-destructing any friendships she has.
The mind is such a fragile thing. Broken bones you can see, bad mental health you can't.
Keep speaking out lads..

Great comment ED. ?
We all come into the world the same way and we will all go out in the same way - its making the middle part when we are here as enjoyable as we can folks - I emphasised to my daughters to do as my parents taught me and that is "Treat others the way you want to be treated yourselves" and hopefully life and people will be kind to you and respect you if you do that.?
Fair play to all those reaching out on here - sincere respect and positivity to each and every one. ?
So we just need to look at the conflict throughout the world to realise Mans inhumanity to Man at play at the worst levels possible. ?
As Neil from the Young Ones would say -"Wow -Its Really heavy Man"
14 Mar 2026 10:23:24
Hope things work out well for u, Athole, and your girls ? as well as anyone else who is a bit off being themselves just now. ??
14 Mar 2026 10:31:33
Superb Ed and C02. It's always good to open up C02
14 Mar 2026 14:21:09
Athole, so sorry to hear, mate. That's so sad. I hope you and your girls are getting the support you need. Breaks your heart when u see your kids in pain. Mine are all somewhere on the spectrum, but thankfully getting help is making a difference.
I was really worried about my son for a while, but he seems better just now, but it's scary. Hope you're OK.
