Yesterday I backed up a joke at Celtics expense, yet chaos ensued because a few got butt hurt and couldn't wait to pounce.
Why am I not getting it stinking?
It's the same ones that seem to take offence to an "outsider" in their eyes and can't wait to be all over it, u really need to have a look at yourselves.
Tbf 2 apologies were forthcoming when 2 realised they had the wrong end of the stick, another one changed so quick he's wearing a collar, and another 2 trundled out the same garbage they always do. You know who you are and so does everyone.
Pathetic, tedious n tiring, that insecurity brings it out every time.
No one knows what others are thinking or going thru or how they're feeling, so take time then reply.
I'm all for debate, argument, division and resolution, but not at the expense of imo targeted besmirchment at any given chance to different posters who have the affront to some to have a voice.
Have fun being petty and small-minded, never thought I'd use the ignore button but some will now be in my box.

Fork, mate, my issue was that it clearly looked like having a dig, rehashing repeated arguments. It went exactly as I expected. It had nothing to do with defending Celtic, as was suggested. It was not an attack on an outsider, as u put it, as they were actually being praised at the time. Anyone can post what they like, obviously, and be controversial, argumentative, or divisive, as they put it, but don't make out you're not being, or that it's a pile-on when u start the debate or when people respond to your comment.
I said my apologies for how it went down, as no one should feel they want to leave, but it's better left now.

Fork, I jumped in as well to add my piece, as I see it as a chance to wind up Star about who is the biggest club. Part of me doesn't want him to take the bait, but we need to dangle it there anyway (sorry, Star). It never gets too serious, and can end up in some good discussions. Star, as always, backs down when he realises his argument holds no water. ?? (sorry again, Star, can't help myself). I hope you realise by now I like your posts, and find your unwillingness to back down on an argument endearing (might not be the right word), btw, a compliment from someone who has similar issues at times (okay, always).
Kaiser, I just thought you didn't realise that this is an ongoing discussion, and had nothing to do with being any nationality and more about a difference of opinions on what makes a big club. I agree that you apologised, and it was all over and done with.
Let's move on until the next time a small/big club does well in Europe and we can open that can of worms again.

I appreciate all the support you have given me Fork but please don't fall out with people to support this outsider.
The ones who cannot see their own misgivings and contradictions will never be able to see.
On one hand they say Celtic are an average team then on the other hand they tell this outsider that Celtic are far superior to any team from my country.
