The best form of defence is attack, after 6 mins last night we should have pushed on especially as Motherwell were leaving space in behind, don't think Gassama took any of there full backs on whether he was on the right or left all night.
Not sure playing Chermiti does much playing up top himself, can't control or hold up a ball to then play in the midfield, I would still prefer to play a 4-3-1-2 system.

So, would you play Miovski and Naderi together, sco 11, or Naderi/Miovski with a player like Moore, Antman, Skov Olsen, etc, playing close to 1 striker? ?

Sir Walter, 4-4-2 should and could work at the likes of Killie, Dundee, etc, at home. However, in the harder away games, we should play with Naderi as striker and Moore in the 10.

Sir Walter, that's exactly what I think is needed. I would put Moore or Olsen in behind, in the middle, with the freedom to try create.

The issue is that when we do create chances, then players like Chermiti don't score, just blast the ball straight at the keeper.
No composure.
Not to mention, we do not create as many chances as we used to, even the likes of last year.

Funnily enough, Ally, we are creating similar as last year.
It all depends who the chances are now falling to?
Last season - 23% accurate crosses.
This season - 23% accurate crosses.
Last season average per game - 18 shots at goal, 6 on target.
This season average per game - 16 shots at goal, 6 on target.
Last season, we averaged 2.1 goals per game.
This season, we average 1.7 goals, even after the lack of goals under Martin.

Danny, like Gassama, and I was confident he would play, but I thought he looked poor, and Moore wasn't a lot better, although he improved second half at least. I know Chermiti should score, but I thought the ball hit him from the clearance, and he smashed it first time on the volley and hit the target, so a wee bit unlucky.
The manager has a squad to try and keep motivated for the run in, and Gassama was getting rave reviews at start of season.
