Surely we ain't considering paying the reported 6.5m for Bowie? Boy has talent but for that amount i'd want someone whos more experienced.

No chance we pay that for Bowie.

Onewalter if we get him on four half year deal, to replace Danilo for say 4.5 million I think it represents good business
His salary will be half what we pay Danilo imo, so over length of contract that could be 2.5 million.

I thought it was £650k.

Absolutely no chance we pay that for Bowie, we already have Chermiti who doesn't score, plus Chermiti is an all round better player the Bowie.

Dado not sure what u mean by the 650k pal.

There's no consistent evidence that Chermiti is an all round better player than Bowie…they are actually very similar if you go watch footage of Bowie.

Where did this £6.5 million figure come from? I heard it debated on Radio Clyde but they were talking about the other mob bidding that for BOTH Bowie and Mulligan as a pair.
That deal might be worth looking at but it would make knocking back Mulligan on a free as a real own goal.
The last I read about Rangers and Bowie is that we have asked to be kept informed on any transfer developments.

So John do yiu think any deal for Bowie or any striker is dependent on Danilo being sold?

Wsl I posted the £6.5m maye, Thata the number being flung about iine in the reports.

If bodies a 6m+ player Barron got to be 30m+ player, just saying. The boy has potential but that's it to date.
