Has the name Hendrik van Crombrugge (Anderlecht goalkeeper) cropped up at all amongst you ITK guys?
He is the Anderlecht club captain but has just been told he can leave owing to financial concerns, along with Hoedt and Trebel. There is a rumour on Twitter that Celtic are interested, but that wouldn't make sense to me so I'm just wondering if a Belgian journo maybe has their wires crossed.

I've watched a good number of Millwall games over the past few years (hence the username) and I'd be happy enough with both if they signed. They are both pretty solid defensively, and big Coop in particular wins everything in the air. I would say that Murray Wallace is much more defensively-minded than the two left backs we have on the books at the moment, and is actually arguably more of a central defender by nature, so if we're signing both to play in the first team that would suggest to me that Beale is going for a more pragmatic approach.

Have posted before that he would be a genuinely terrific signing if we managed to pull it off. I watch a fair bit of Championship football and he has been a standout. I just think EPL teams will fancy signing him and likely blow us out the water financially.

Jfm I believe we would first be activating our buy option, so we would sign him, and then Bayern would immediately activate their own buy-back option at circa £4.5mill more than what we pay (if figures above are correct)

That would be for the best I think. No harm to the boy, but has shown absolutely nothing to suggest he can make a real impact at Rangers.
