Bouanani without a doubt yesterday was the best player on the park. 🤔👌His deliveries into the box were superb and even when two or three of the Aberdeen players were on him he got by them most of the time 👌I really like the look of our Algerian right winger. 👍🇬🇧 The danger to Aberdeen most of the time was coming from bouanani. 🤔
However is this another case of having a very talented player on loan and just like Tillman, sima, Cerny and Moore we sadly say cheerio to them after their loan deal with Rangers finishes. ☹️ It's going to cost us a big transfer fee to keep bouanani and might be a fee we just can't afford ☹️.

I don't think we'll be buying him but you never know. I agree, it's very early days but in the 3 or 4 games he's had a proper run out he's played well.

Don't think £15m on a player is beyond us, especially when we have something of a settled squad instead of turning over full teams every season.
No doubt some of our team will move on for fees.
Bringing in a couple of high quality players in a season/transfer window is where we should be getting to.

Can we please stop with the we won't pay this fee or that fee. The club set and agreed to an option to buy fee for a reason. If he comes and smashes it and AC feels we should keep him then we will. How many almost £10m fee's have we paid since he took over?
If he continues on his trajectory then I would buy in a heartbeat as we would be selling him for more, biggest trouble is getting him to agree to stay.

Exactly bbj, if they didn't think they could afford it they wouldn't have agreed to the option it's not fifa we are playing not just putting an option into the deal for the sake of it.

Exactly wishy, you'd think so many on here have the inside knowledge and understanding of how we operate. If we didn't think he was worth the fee we would have done just a loan.
Star he has loads of quality and I think as the season goes on he will add more and more numbers to his game.

The discussion I have had with a mate, and this happens very often, is that there is interest in the boy after a good season so you trigger the purchase only to immediately flip him for considerable profit even before next season starts.

I think we can afford him if someone leaves for a big fee. £15 million and then hopefully double our money when selling him on.

All that matters is he is here this season playing well and winning trophies , if we can’t afford him next season then we move on to someone else but the main thing is we win the title with him this season
