If it was pretty obvious, I wouldn't have asked the question. I still don't understand why anybody would be 'glad' a quality player doesn't want to come to us. 'Gutted' or 'frustrated', I can understand, but I don't know too many Rangers fans who would be glad.

He's never once said he's glad Cerny isn't coming. No idea where you're getting that from.
All he said was he's glad Cerny has confirmed what he's been saying so it can stop any needless speculation, there's a massive difference in what he's saying, compared to what you're "reading" into it.

Isn't Cermy like 29? Why would Rangers spend an almost club record transfer fee on a guy over his peak heading into the twilight of his career? Just not going to happen. Plus, when he first signed last time, he wasn't very good. Yeah, he came at it, but was maybe magnified by the poor performances around him then, a bit like Sima.

I'd have like his experience in the team super, he's been here and done it. With some of the younger guys we're linked with, I think he could have given us some balance. Not to worry, while I'm disappointed he's said he's not wanting to come, we can respect his decision.
