To sack them midway through a window would be a bit mental and really bring into question why they were allowed to be here at the start of the window.
In addition, whilst they are part of the recruitment, are they the ones watching players? I see videos on line about players' poor body and field positions etc., and wonder, do these things not get picked up by expert scouts?

Purdy should have gone with Thelwelll snr and jnrs contract offer been withdrawn at that point. Sacking them after yet another disastrous window brings into question Cavenagh and Gillespies control of the club. They are staggering from mistake to mistake.

I hope this is true (I do not doubt the Twisted on this one), as the recruitment team have been diabolical. We should never have got rid of Koppen imo, but that ship sailed. Hopefully, we have people in mind who can step in and work a miracle straight away.

It's odd how certain fans are now admiring Koppen's scouting. There were lots of calls when he was here that he was rubbish. If we look across the city, they appear to scout and then buy better players than we do.

Hate to say it, but that lots re ruitment this last week has been far above anything we have done. They are definitely splashing the cash on decent players. Hogh especially is going to score a barrowload in Scotland. We are wayyyy behind in terms of quality & confidence.
We look lost, this recruitment team are a joke. I was looking forward to this window & season, & already 3 games in any optimism has been shattered. Sad thing is, it's going to take a few windows to sort this mess out unless we get 4-5 quality players in the door fast.
