As I said the other day the Norwegian window opens on the 14th and the deal is already in place, just some final agreements to make, but is happening, so after the 14th is when we will see Dahl arrive, hopefully later this week.

Are transfer windows not more about registering players rather than selling them? You can sell a player at any time, but the buying club can only register them within their own transfer window. So, don't think it matters when the Norwegian window is for us. Might be wrong though!

Polar Bear, doesn't matter when Norwegian window opens, they can still sell players outwith this window, they just can't register new players, we can, so deal can happen anytime. Just like when Matondo went to Norway outwith our own transfer window.

And yes, the window is important, as they are mid season, so it was a case of Tromso finding a replacement once the window opens, but I believe they have already identified someone.

Tromso brought in Jesper Grundt and Troy Nyhammer in the winter window, and already have David Edvardsson. Grundt is a similar box to box midfielder, but doesn't have the physical side of Dahl's game. Hopefully, they have enough cover to allow Dahl to leave while they look for a replacement. I'm excited about this one!

Dahl and Edvardsson both started, Grundt and Nyhammer both came on as subs, so if they let Dahl go, they would be leaving themselves short of a player of that quality. Given they are top of the league by a point, they most definitely need another replacement. Will fall into place after the 14th, so later this week.
