Wee round up of some rumours on TransferFeed.
Beale wants to take Bailey Rice to Zulte Waregem (probably butchered that) and West Ham keen.
Mick Brown (ex-chief scout at Man U) told football insider (click baiters) that Rohl is desperate to keep Butland and sees him as vital.
Joel Piroe is of interest but on hold due to having Shankland and Naderi and our reluctance to sell Chermiti.
Dan Neil has interest down south which may hamper our attempts to sign him
FC Thun interested in Ross McCausland.
Joe Gelhardt of interest to us and the link between Leeds and Rangers can help negotiations but it's believed Gelhardt wants to try himself in the Prem over moving to Scotland
That's all of today's links.

I would send Bailey Rice to Beale in a heartbeat. It was Beale that gave Rice his first team debut, and a new contract. He saw something in him.
It also gives Rice to get regular game time away from the goldfish bowl of Glasgow and the fans constantly on his back. He just needs regular game time to develop.

That would be an ideal move for Rice and an ideal move for the club as a loan deal. Still think Rice can develop into a player for us.
09 Jun 2026 09:45:52
Rice not out of contract this summer, so it would be a permanent deal?
09 Jun 2026 10:24:10
Yeah, Beale trying to pick him up permanently, apparently. Same with West Ham and others.
Rumours in the chat this morning on RR that Rangers are offering Bologna 10m and Barron to sign Lewis Ferguson.
TransferFeed also saying the price for Pierce Charles is around 5m if we're going for him.

Anymore chatter about Moore? Everything seems to have gone quiet on him.
09 Jun 2026 11:23:51
So it's actually on Rangers' review, AyrshireMurphy, that Rangers are offering Bologna Connor Barron plus £10million for Lewis Ferguson, mate. ?
09 Jun 2026 11:32:58
No, SWS, it was posters in the live chat feed.
09 Jun 2026 12:43:55
Bologna have been chasing Connor Barron for a while.
09 Jun 2026 12:44:23
I think Neil is coming. It's paperwork to sort.
09 Jun 2026 13:13:12
RFC, only thing I've seen on Moore lately is Leeds are supposedly interested in the player, but that is most likely a lazy piece of journo due to 49ers involvement with Rangers.
09 Jun 2026 13:23:41
Would love both Ferguson.
And Moore.
That would show some intent.
09 Jun 2026 14:28:22
I'd be surprised but delighted if we can get Ferguson. A swap deal may make it possible. Does anyone know if that helps the financial fair play rules, i.e. it is only the £ amount and no value of Barron assessed?
Hoping that Dan Neill is one of those players being shown around the training centre this week with a view to an announcement by end of the week.
To buy Moore would cost us too much money imo. Let's give Curtis his chance instead. imo don't see this happening at all.
Pierce Charles could be a good signing, but the injuries worry me. It happens for goalies, but it's our luck, or lack of it, when it comes to players with injury records that gives me the fear!
09 Jun 2026 15:01:03
Hoth, I was thinking Moore on the left, Curtis on the right or vice versa.
09 Jun 2026 15:06:17
I'd no be getting rid of Barron, we should definitely be keeping him imo, would be one I think we would regret.
09 Jun 2026 15:28:48
From what I know, (and for clarity, I have no direct inside info) we have said to Spurs that we would love to have Moore back for next season if the option is available. De Zerbi wants to run the rule over all players, and he will make his mind up toward the end of the window, but we are very interested.
09 Jun 2026 17:01:44
I'd definitely keep Barron as well.
09 Jun 2026 18:12:06
Bologna, Sassuolo and Cagliari have all been keeping tabs on Barron since his Aberdeen days with all 3 enquiring about him before he joined us. He chose us obviously. ? Wouldn't be surprised if all 3 all still interested as they all seem to be in the market for midfielders at the moment.

They were sniffing about in January as well, so much so that someone on here said he was nearly away. Can't mind who, though.
