Hi sky sports ect saying shanks deal all but finished and will be our first signing of the new season. Can ask about the 2 players we got on pre contracts what's there status and any one picked up names.

Can't argue against it. His experience and leadership is worth it alone. Great player to have available against your bottom half sides.

Blue, no doubting it, but goals against the bigger sides is not a problem we have, it's your little away games to bottom of the table after big games where players want to stroll and go for a walk around the park for 90mins.

Shankland ahead of Chermiti for top goalscorer. I think Chermiti performs at a higher level than Shankland, just not that often, whereas Shankland is a solid 7/10 minimum per week. Chermiti a 5/10 or a 9/10, never anywhere in the middle, would be a great front 2 though, for sure.

Think Chermiti will be sold, btw Shankland did a great job with the Jamboos contract, he must have been thinking Rangers would come in, hope we hear what sunbed McInnes will say, when he calms doon.

We need to shore up the defence as a priority. That's where we are weakest.

A lot of European leagues are still coming towards the end of their seasons (except Scandinavia, who are only just starting) and a lot of contracted players are contracted up until the end of May or even June.
The unique clause in the Shankland contract means this one broke early, but I wouldn't be expecting an avalanche of announcements.
Most will happen after seasons close out and players get some down time.
