Reading rumours online that Danilo wants to return to Brazil and is being linked with Corinthians.
Same site is also reporting that we retain an interest in Joel Piroe but have made no formal approach as yet.

My only thing with Piroe is if he came, I don't see Naderi and Chermiti being happy with the bench, and Naderi, just arriving, he's not going anywhere, so would for me mean moving on Chermiti unless Piroe came in to play the 10 behind Chermiti with Naderi as back up to Chermiti.
Plus, no doubt be a big price tag on Piroe. Didn't realise he's only 26.

I don't want Piroe, as Ayrshire says he's coming in on wages to start every week, and that doesn't suit Chermiti, who I feel has potential to be our biggest ever sale. I'd rather Ross Stewart or Shankland come in and compete rather than be the n.1 striker.

Because Naderi is there to play alongside him. Piroe is on £40k per week at Leeds. How long have we just spent getting all of those high wage earners off our books to only start looking at others to replace them. Young and hungry, with a few experienced to augment them.

Why are you worried about players' wages. If the new owners are willing and able to pay it then it's not an issue. If we are to get back to the top, we need to bring in some class players, and if it means paying them a good wage, then so be it, as long as they are producing for the team.
It's the high wage players who sit on the treatment table or don't contribute that I have a problem with. If we could sign a player like Piroe to give us another good option up front it can only be a good thing.

I think we will do well to keep Chermiti with his age, physicality and technique. I can see £15m plus offers coming in, and we might cash in.
I hope he stays another 12m at least, but I think there will be serious interest in him this summer.
The problem for him is consistency, but you always get that with young players, and when he's hot, he's the best player in the league.

Probably be another loan deal next season, with us contributing to his wages, unless Rohl gives him another chance - but can't see it.
Regardless of what folk think, Rohl appears to be quite ruthless in that regard.
