Ehl or john are you hearing anything about ooc players who have agreed to join? I've just had a chat and the fellow fan reckons we will sign 5 ooc players and use the funds we can generate via new owners and player sales to sign 3 or 4 higher quality experienced players than we've been used to over the last few years and a maximum of 2 prospects. sounds good to me tbh but its more his opinion rather than facts i feel.

Muscatin iv heard 3 ooc will be in for start of pre season.

Made a great deal of sense for me, 5/ 6 ooc, 2/ 3 loans to buy, cash spent on 2/ 3 quality signings.

Young talent loan to buy.

Im sure john said that a few days ago also walter 2 scottish one not so that being said including cameron that would be 4 so possibly another one or 2 to come in and agreed my star loan to buy on young talent is probably the best way to go and use money here and now for the experience we have been crying out for.

A lot happening, we will see ooc, fees, loans.

Muscat, there's so much happening in terms of potential ins and out.
Only thing I can say is we're in a very strong place and it's going to be pretty hectic.

Plenty OOC coming up for us next 2 seasons onwards, unless we sell or extend?
2026: James Tavernier, John Souttar, Rabbi Matondo, Ben Davies, Liam Kelly, Robbie Fraser, Kieran Dowell.
2027: Nicolas Raskin, Rıdvan Yılmaz, Cyriel Dessers, Dujon Sterling, Jack Butland, Cifuentes, Ross McCausland.
2028: Danilo, Mohamed Diomandé, Connor Barron, Jefté.
2029: Hamza Igamane.
Plenty work to be done on the squad and in the transfer market over the next 2 seasons.
14 players contracts will be expiring.

Great insight @laudrup makes more sense now the Souttar rumours, if he's unwilling to sign a new deal then time to let him go
Of the that list in players entering final year only other red flag is Kelly, he is a good back up IMO
All players listed as entering their final 2 years imo will either sign extended deals or be sold regardless how many goals they've scored.

Kelly is one I would like to see stay as great keeper between the sticks for either back up or cup runs.
He has been fairly solid for us at times.

Kelly is nowhere near good enough for Rangers. Nowhere near!
10 Jun 2025 14:01:00
Don't know if Soapy will fit Martin's style, I like him others not so much but I've never seen a defender block as many shots in my life as the big man, one of the reasons we done well in Europe was down to him, would like to see a lot more go before him but understandable on the year left situation we can't let anyone run contract down.
10 Jun 2025 15:25:09
Kelly is a good back up keeper nothing else .
10 Jun 2025 15:46:14
Agree G dog. Kelly is just an ordinary keeper. Not that step up we expect for a Rangers team. Back up at best. Butland is also overrated and a nervous wreck. Oh for a Kloss or a Goram. We need better.
