From a coaching perspective, sometimes his willingness to play the role of the Golden Retriever is at the detriment to the shape of the team and his availability in the positions we need him.

I thought that a few times watching him, Ehl. As much as you want your players chasing everything, I've watched him and thought the manager will be pulling his hair out watching him chase everything, as surely there's a shape to keep, specific job he wants him to do.
Having said that, if he didn't do that against well, do we win that game? I like the big boy, think he'll get better.

I really like Naderi.
I think he can be a cracking forward. I do believe he can play in the 10 or even in 7 or 11, best as a 9, and will be a big player with us.

It's no secret I Love big Naderi. I've no idea what it is, it's just an intuitive feeling.
He has quick, tidy feet for a big guy and a lovely weighted pass with nice lay offs at times.
I'm sure he has lots to learn and I believe he has the attitude to want to do the work.
EHL, what's your thoughts on Naderi - do you think he can have a good future at Rangers?
