We can't keep changing managers and having a new team every tine a new manager comes in. We need stability and consistency which only comes through time and having a playing squad that's settled and knows what each other is doing. We have lost our way and need time to get it right which unfortunately down to our support mcinnes probably won't get.
The days of being a team that others fear is gone and will take time for it to return if indeed it does. We are not know for our patience but it's what's needed but will it happen?

Whilst I agree about sacking managers cause that is the main problem as we've sacked proven winners for simply being 2nd, there needs to be something that says "yes, we can this back this manager cause he'll build something", but there's nothing so far to suggest he should get time or build anything.
We are worse than under Martin & regressed from the work Rohl done. There's no style or substance to us, McInnes said he doesn't know what kind of team we are, but that's down to him to make us the team he thinks we should be, & it's worrying he hasn't started to work on what we should be. Can't blame recruitment forever as imo those players are more than good enough to beat Dundee United & the team that knocked us out of conference, but McInnes has been tactically wrong & changes too much.
Other teams have had a high turnover of players & some new managers & they are playing better.
Is it worth allowing someone time just for stability & consistency if we end up worse off? I don't think so. Didn't see many saying we should keep Martin on here simply & imagine if we did stick with him, we'd of finished 4th maximum. We need to start performing & getting results for McInnes to get time. I hope he turns it around, but I really don't see it. Hopefully we pump Aberdeen tomorrow.

Seven games in, players don't even understand their teammates yet, we need a structure put in place, sacking managers after a couple of months is why we win nothing, let's just continue doing that.

I am in agreement. Here there is absolutely nothing to suggest we are getting better or will get better. If there is a planned way to play then why are there so many personnel and formation changes week in, week out. Are players just randomly coming to see him and saying I don't want to play for Rangers anymore and he has to juggle.
This would be the case if he started playing youngsters in the now vacated positions with the same outcome as we have come to expect, losses and unacceptable performances. I hope he proves me wrong today and we demolish a very poor Aberdeen side and show a clear direction of identity and what's expected.

I'm sorry, I'm not buying into the new manager, new players excuse. Motherwell - new manager and 8 new players went to Easter Rd and won. Hearts - new manager and after a difficult start, looks like he's building something. We are worse than under Martin (at least we knew what style of team he wanted us to be and actually got through European qualifiers). I was looking forward to Rohl building on last season as I believe he knew what he needed, however, McInnes has undone that and regressed us so much so quickly.
I want him to be a success and genuinely believed he would be, but for him to admit he still doesn't know what kind of team we are is a worrying statement, and, if kept in position any longer, will continue to stumble around in the dark.

Couple of decent results/wins will turn things around - have faith and leave pitchforks and burning torches in the garage for a wee while, lads. 🤔👍 Either that or just set up a Direct Debit to get a new manager every season for the next 10 years and see where that gets us.

We have basically been stuck between the frying pan and fire for years with managers and getting worse by the season. We started the manager go round with one that got us to a Euro final, now with one that didn't get us into Europe.
Think we have no option but to give DM the season, but it will get worse before it gets better. That's about the only sure thing with our club.
