Ridiculous take from a guy that scored 50+ in two seasons, Coopersdad. Also, not many were pens. We have no striker at the club that could do that unless they were pen taker also.

Never said he didn't do a job for us, give Shankland his chances, he scores more. Would I want him back? No, but he was better than Danilo.

Strom, I'm pretty sure he only scored 1 pen and it was in a cup game where we were winning about 5-1 at the time. The rest from open play. Not bad at all.

Dessers is not our player so am not supporting our players. When he was here he was our best shout, but I would not want him back. Anyone wanting him back is not helping us succeed.

Dessers was a very good striker for us. Some supporters are never happy and no one is good enough. We need to get behind the guys and maybe they will click into gear.

Anyone wanting him back is not stopping us from succeeding, Superally. It's a forum for people to give their views. It doesn't do a thing to our chances of success no matter what the point of view is on this or that player.

I agree with Storm. 👍 Dessers a far better striker than some make out and he would improve our team imo, although we should be looking forward. 🤔 Some should focus on the terrific positions big CD9 got into and the goals he did score, instead of focusing more on the ones he missed, not to mention his superb attitude, and when he missed he was back to take the next chance, and every Rangers manager that worked with him spoke about his immense attitude and how he never hides top pro.

Dessers was the type of player who always seemed to get at least 5 chances a game, had a sense of being in right place at the right time, yes missed chances but what striker didn't, mainly played as a lone striker yet still got some amount of goals and that's not even being the penalty taker, if he was played in a pairing and was on pens he would have scored even more, he could create his own chances too and scored some outstanding goals, disgraceful the way the big man was hounded out, some of our fans really are more a hindrance to our team than opposing fans and they don't even realise it.
