Further to the Raskin rumours Rangers Review are saying more clubs are interested in him than just Atalanta and Rangers hold the power due to contract length and his performance in the first game of the world cup which should lead to a start Vs Iran.
Was looking at Atalanta's transfers and they tend to spend around the 15-20m euros marker on players especially around the midfield.
Considering we paid 1-1.5m for Raskin and many are fed up with him. Think that's a pretty good deal. A couple stand out performances against Iran and New Zealand could see that go up to the 20-25m bracket.
Need to factor in Atalanta have already sold 1 cm to Fiorentina for 10m and selling another to Man United for what is it 50m or something? Plenty dough to pay 20-25m

I understand that Raskin wants a change. And that the Italian League is a much better standard than Scotland. However, he'd be playing in the Conference League rather than the Europa.
I guess, it depends on what he values, and Atalanta could likely be in a better position to win a European trophy than we are right now.

Sorry folks, but the starting price has to be EUR25m.
He's at the World Cup with Belgium and has to be priced accordingly, his peers are worth 40-50-60 m so for me he's 25 rising to 30.
We might not get that but that's what I'd be asking for as a starting point and hope for a bidding war.

Don't care how obscene we make our prices for our players. Everyone has a price, and it's about time we came to the greedy market. Other teams have been doing it for years now, it's our time. 25 -30 million for Raskin's.

Celtic want 30m for Engles. We undervalue our players at times. He is a full Belgium International, unless he has a clause, I would be looking for min 20m + achievable add ons.

Rohl, my belief is that Beale would have come good given wee bit more time by the fans and board.
Genuinely, think he gets a raw deal from all.
Nicce guy. Loves the club and fans and country. Very very good coach and tactician and as u say, we've made and will make millions from his signings.

I always thought Gio identified Nico Raskin, but Ross Wilson decided to play cute and wait till he had 6 months left on his deal at Standard Liege to get a pre contact agreement to reduce his cost. That allowed Beale to snap him on the cheap. I can't give him any credit for being a total opportunist.

Beale brought Raskin to this club. Any player signed while he was manager was his signing. He takes the blame if they fail, so he takes the praise if they succeed.
I'm aware that there is an element of our support that do not want to give some people credit. So Pedro won't get credit for singing Morelos, or you want to attribute the singing of Raskin to someone else.
It's childish nonsense.
What I do know is that Rangers will make a profit from the business Beale done. It's just a shame we didn't make the Sima loan permanent. Pulling the plug on Palma, and going after Sima, was a great decision and that was all Beale as well.

I don't think there's anyone who cannot say that Michael Beale is a very good coach. ? He's a terrific coach no doubt about that. ???
