Would 100% want Rohl to go now and get a good few million for him rather than sack him and cost us millions. If its happening though which i think it will it needs sorted asap. His very poor game management cost us the league. Motherwell home and away, Celtic at home to name a few.

I'd prefer Rohl goes nowhere.
11 Jun 2026 16:50:03
Why would you sack him?
11 Jun 2026 17:11:09
If the league is going horribly wrong come Christmas, he's out of a job. And, like the way last season just finished, it doesn't exactly give you much hope. Truly awful, game management, bottle etc.

Pre season starts a week Tomorrow, I'm hoping Rohl isn't even interested, but if he finds the temptation of getting closer to home, fair play, it is a bit of a worry changing the manager this close to pre season, but if he does go, I'm just hoping he isn't replaced with Steven Gerrard.
11 Jun 2026 17:21:59
Alternatively he does well having fixed the monumental screw up he took over from. What if the new man is going horribly by Christmas, then he'll also be sacked and the circus continues?
11 Jun 2026 17:29:47
Pre season not even started, all players back could be a few weeks away, plus the first week should be about fitness alone. Don't think there'll be any problem as long as we get one in within a fortnight, and I think this has been on the cards from end of season, so I think replacement etc is probably far down the road.

My star, I also hope Danny Rohl remains our manager/head coach mate. ? We need stability and totally sick of this continual conveyor belt with managers after being here 1 year or less. ☹️

Chris Jack confirming talks have taken place between Salzburg and Rohl.
11 Jun 2026 17:45:39
He's clearly interested, mystar, otherwise there wouldn't be any talks between the clubs. It would be a simple no, I'm happy where I am.
11 Jun 2026 17:51:56
Not sure why Salzburg are keen on Rohl. But if talks have taken place, then it's obvious that Rohl's not that dedicated to Rangers.
Can't say I'm bothered about him possibly leaving.
11 Jun 2026 17:56:12
Just caught up and I don't want him as manager if he has even thought about it. Didn't want him to continue but decided to back as owner did but get rid now.
11 Jun 2026 18:45:06
Not fussed if he goes in all honesty. He got us back in the race and should be commended for that, but ultimately 4 defeats on the trot when it mattered, 4 defeats in the league on the trot, should be enough for any Rangers manager to get their jotters, never mind with the league on the line. Yes, the players let him down during that run too, but the manager has to carry the can for such a dire run. Could perhaps have accepted 4 defeats on the trot when he first came in, but not at that stage of the season.
Few million in compensation (hopefully the £6.5m being banded around) and bring in a new gaffer.
Don't get me wrong, I was all for getting behind him if he had committed to us, but the rumours have been ongoing for months about his apparent preference to head back to the continent, so perhaps best for both parties.

Peterman, it took Gerrard 3 years to win us the league. Don't you think Rohl should be giving the same length of time, or do you think we should change manager every year, asking for a friend.
11 Jun 2026 19:42:34
Can u remember the team Gerrard came into, Fraser, struggle to get a million quid for one of them.
11 Jun 2026 21:15:12
Coopersdad, 8th place in the league when Rohl came in, in my opinion, only if he had been here from start of season we would have won the league.
